Location. Reasonably clean. Dirty glass lipstick on edge when bought glass of wine. Didn't get complimentary glass of wine as an apology. Got more towels for room as only 2 small ones in room. Shower pressure was really rubbish. Price outside of hotel said stay £75:00 for night and I paid £99:00 with no breakfast???.

Handy location and good price. Good modern rooms and excellent shower. Free Internet in foyer (15 mins restriction, which gives fair access). It says on Booking.com the rooms have 'bath/shower' - pretty sure they have shower only, so this should be made clear. Shower is very good, but it is not a bath and this can mislead.

Excellent price/quality [according to the offer I got]. Serves well all my demands. Close to everything in the town! Close to see, beach, restaurants, shops. I managed to do my great souvenir shopping to the whole family at once in the same small gift shop near by! CAR PARK HOUSE just next to ibis hotel ! (can get discount from hotel!) /Keke from Finland If u r with a car: Be awake after traffic lights when gps says to turn left to the hotel, as in case you miss it, get to make a pretty big round again to get back !!

Walking distance to centre All of it, will never stay here again, tacky plastic hotel with expensive car park (£3 per hour) which was very very tight to navigate & exits onto dual carriageway, ok for me but not for the feint hearted ! No free wifi in room. Glad I did not eat there either

Location was perfect Room was far to hot- even with air conditioning. Unable to keep window open due to noise outside and was woken around 5:30am with lift banging all morning. Did not sleep well at all and had to drive over 50 miles home next morning. Disappointed as would have been a perfect stay otherwise.

First time at Ibis Aberdeen and although we've stayed in Ibis Glasgow, this was by far a much more warmer experience. Our usual city break hotel is the Skene house Apartments but shoddy service made us look elsewhere and the staff at Ibis, Astrid, Philomene, Viktoria, all made sure it was a pleasant trip right from the the front desk to other requests we had. I also liked the longer breakfast times. Plus earlier check in times too. I live in Aberdeen and enjoy these breaks with my partner who is from glasgow as it means I am on holiday but can still do quick work tasks in and around the city without too much clashing of our time together. No house work! :)

Liked how the hotel was central and close to shopping centres and aecc which was why we were there! Rooms were clean and spacious and worth the price we paid. Really enjoyed our stay but we did have a problem with laminate flooring in the room. On the morning we were due to leave I was carrying 2 glasses of juice over to the dresser when I slipped on the laminate and fell very badly on my back! After lying there for 20mins in deep distress and pain I managed to get up and slowly and painfully go out to find a chemist for some pain relief. The 50 mile journey home to Buckie wasnt the nicest to say the least. Since then im still in alot of pain and had to cancel a trip to glasgow to see a show the day after as such a long journey would have been impossible given the amount of pain im still in. Not good when you have two small kids under 3 years of age to look after. I appreciate having laminate is easy cleaned and looks nice but it also can be very slippy! We didnt have any other problem with our room, we had a lovely stay but that was our only issue.
