Central location with easy access to all we needed. Close to bus station. so no need to take car. Able to see our son.
A little noisy at times, but it was a busy weekend, with groups of people. Hotel toilets, on ground public level, needed attention.
Saying goodbye :(
Free Wi-Fi and the quiteness and cleanliness of the room/bathroom.
There was no wastebasket in the bedroom. The bathroom wastebasket was too small. No cupboard near bed, only a surface top.
Staff very friendly. Hotel in great location. Food great. Very nice place to stay
Room was so quiet even though it overlooked the main road. Great location
We had a quite satisfactory stay at this hotel. The room and the shower were clean and good-sized. We experienced no discomfort what so ever. Very helpful and polite staff. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends/family.
Can't think of anything
My check in card 4 hours sittin on counter after checkin in
good location friendly helpful staff and good value
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good atmosphere about.
We were on the 7th floor. It was a bit noisy outside on Friday night.
The location of the Ibis Belfast is great - staff polite and friendly. Room very clean, bed comfortable enough. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
If I was to pick out one thing(and this is really nit-picking) it was the food I ordered. I had battered fish and it was well and truly battered! it was a bit dry but then again it was late on Friday evening when I had ordered it and I was hungry so I ate it and didn't complain at the time which I should have done. However, this would NOT deter me from staying at the Ibis.
Great location and lovely staff
I found it difficult to get wifi so had to go back down to reception to ask them for help to set it up on my phone.
Loved my 2 night stay with my boyfriend at this lovely hotel, food was beautiful, beds were comfy, shower was very big, great signal and tv, kettle & cups & stuff for tea & very cheap for being in centre of the town.. Thank you
The wifi was very weak connected once and couldn't get connected again
very friendly staff and a great breakfast great location to city center 10 out of 10 ps thanks to the member of staff for gettind our tv to switch off
Clean, friendly and a good location.
No parking and £10 to park in multi storey close by!
Unreal location, right in city centre, close to shoppin and night life. Bed very comfortable!
The Location was very good.
The price for the level of comfort was too high and generally quite poor compared to other Ibis hotels I have stayed in throughout Europe. Overall the Hotel looked shabby and smelt of cigarette smoke. The room we were given was for handicapped people so was very functional etc.
Very central location. Nice big room. Great Shower
Accessibility of city and adjacent car parking facility
The bar / restaurant lacked a little atmosphere yet it was a good stop for one night.
The hotel staff wer just brill. Check in & out easy peasy & staff wer so polite. Hotel is well located 4 restaurants & good music. Dont pass Kellys Cellars.
Good location, walking distance to shopping centre
Breakfast is ok, but not enough fresh fruit and selection
Free wifi..location..staff were friendly.. hotel room had all u need in it..great price
