we checked in early which is excellent and the staff were very helpful the majority of the time we returned from a busy day at the good food show and wanted to buy a drink of tea because the two tea bags in the room we had used. we went down at about 6:45 and a male employee was very unhelpful so i went to help myself he then told me they would fetch the teas.apart from this we had a very good stay |

It was close to the Railway station and parking. I did not arrive until late so did not get the chance to use facilities so not really able to comment on them much. My room seemed very hot and I wasn't able to get the air conditioning working (probably my fault) so I had to open the window (which then meant it was a bit noisy). Overall the hotel worked for what I needed it for. |

The facilities were clean, and the food well prepared and presented by friendly staff. I was attending an event at the nec, and found the location very convenient, and the cost was very reasonable. |

Nice TV, good shower facilities, ideal distance for visitors to the NEC. The door cards kept failing, the reception was too close to the kitchen/bar area, meals had to be collected from the bar rather than delivered to room, air vent did not work in bathroom, beds too small and uncomfortable. |

The airport was convenient for the airport and for travel to the NEC (the purpose of our visit). We could not use the bar or restaurant because they were so busy and the staff appeared overwhelmed. The restaurant could be re-designed to look less like a cheap cafe? |

10 minutes to the lg ARena, so in a good location for concerts and even a connection for shopping. Great for one night. We ordered a pizza and it came undercooked. They replaced it with another undercooked one. Terrible quality and bad taste. We told reception at check out, but we did not get our money back. Do not eat at this hotel - its very poor and you are 10 minutes away from better places. |

The fact it was so close to the NEC with free monorail shuttle, the reataurant was very reasonably priced and quite trendy. The fact we had to pay airport parking charges. we were given a discount code from hotel but still had to pay 20 pounds for 24 hour! could have understood if it was for a few days but this was excessive for visiting the NEC. |

The proximity of the hotel to the airport, approximately 3 minutes walk Guests have to pay additional for use of cable tv and I think this should have been covered within the cost of the room |

Quick check in, room clean, breakfast value for money and as much as you can eat. Air/Rail shuttle really handy Lack of hairdryer, only stayed one night prior to attending Good Food Show at NEC and couldn't wash my hair! |
