Reception Staff on phone on arrival, so kept me waiting No offer or incentive to eat @ Hotel Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke Towles in Bathroom also had distinct smell of tobacco

I did not know that there was no bath tube in the room I was staying in.

Really good sized bed and en suite and nice amount of floor space too

Breakfast could have been better and our room key kept stopping working

I basically choose this hotel for its location.it seems to good tidy hotel in affordable price.Stayed only for a night so it was a snap shot.

As always Ibis hotels are clean, tidy and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Although it is a budget hotel theer is never any difference in the standards unlikt other hotel chains.

As a female I would like a hairdryer to be seen as an essential basic feature - I did find out later I could have got one from reception

It is close to the city center and for the price it is a very well option. The personel was very nice and the room was clean and confortable.

Located in a busy road the rooms to the street was very noisy during night.

Stayed in a twin bed room on the ground floor. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Most staff members are friendly and helpful. Stayed there for 2 nights and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but there is room for improvement.

Although the room was clean, the noise from outside, especially on the first night, was very annoying. Even though I specifically asked for a quiet room when booking, I was given a room next to the hotel car park and to the main roads, and you would also get constant noise from the local drunks. Wasn't able to get to sleep until 4am on the first night, which wasn't nice because I had to be up for 6am. Second night I got to sleep early, but woken up at 3am due to noise from outside. Did try and ask for a room change, but people in front were told rooms fully booked, they had to go elsewhere, so didn't bother. Apart from that, everything else was fine and I wouldn't mind staying there again as long as I had a quieter room, but would look elsewhere.

when we attempted to check in the reception had no idea of our booking, even though we had are booking ref no. after 15 minutes we was eventually given a room, not our booked one. we was also charged twie for the room which i was unaware of until i cheked my bank statement.

excellant location, fast friedly service. with a very generous buffet breakfast.
