Less than half a mile from Birmingham New Street Train Station, this Ibis hotel is in Birmingham’s city center. Staff friendly and helpful. Thought security on door in evening was reassuring. Room clean, not too hot and although we were on the 1st floor there was no noise disturbance from the busy road below. Very pleased with our stay. We booked this hotel to be near to O2 academy.

Very convenient to New Street and Moor Street stations and to city centre. Reception and restaurant staff very friendly. Clean comfortable room, good shower. Quiet. Hope to stay again. No dislikes.

The location of the hotel is excellent due to it being in close proximity to the Bullring and city centre attractions. The hotel was lovely, the staff excellent and more than helpful. Room was very clean as with other areas of the hotel. Highly recommend the breakfast.

The rooms were very basic and not very comfrortable. The bathroom was far too old. Despite the fact that this is clearly a business hotel there was no free wifi.

The bed was comfortable Noise levels were horrendous inside and outside the hotel, the room was billed as sound proof and this wasn't the case. I paid £65 and didn't sleep at all.

Great location, nice, clean rooms, good value for the money, nice staff. No wifi in rooms (not even payable!), breakfast not included in price, but these two were no biggies. Our stay was better than excpected.

How close the hotel was to the city centre 24hr bar Staff with no knowlegde of area very loud street noise uncomfortable bed dirty carpets reception staff couldnt bring towel to room requests not met and not apologised for
