The free parking in London was a plus, the hotel was fairly new and contemporary, the rooms are a good size with nice layout. Bathroom are clean and the shower is hot and powerful. Great value for money and close to the train station which is only 20mins into Centre of London. |

Nice clean comfy room. Only thing was staff knocked on door at 10.30 to clean room when check out was 12 so really they could of waited however they didnt come in when i said i was in bed and there is a do not disturb sign to hang on door . |

It was near the bus stop and quite near the railway station which is only four stops from Luton Airport. Also, getting into Kings Cross, London is quite hands The dining room was not very flexible. It was difficult to order just what you wanted. The menu was reasonable though. |

The good location and general cleanliness was acceptable. First impressions were good. However, the hotel is severely under staffed, they ran out of grilled foods, the bed was like a slab of rock and the shower was poor. Oh and when I had to ask for vinegar to go with my fish and chips, it was eventually brought to me - in a bowl, and with no spoon to dispense it. Quite funny really! |

Modern, with a good option of pay per view TV and Movies, and internet package. Very nicely laid out rooms with excellent bathroom pod and comfort control heating. Rerstaurant a bit limited, and food not the best value i have come across. Bar was likewise expensive, but decent range of drinks. |

Bekvämt och trevligt hotell, personalen var tillmötesgående och vänlig - vi fick det leendet som utlovades varje gång vi passerade receptionen. Det var en besvikelse att matsalen hade inte öppet på söndag kväll, men personalen sa att vi kunde åta i centrum, och det kunde vi. Vi tyckte att det var ett bra hotell, som vi kommer nog att bo på igen någon gång. |
