Locatio, Room size
No free wifi, Poor phone signal
Staff and facilities where top notch would recommend to anyone thankyou had great stay x
Really comfy bed, great shower, quiet enough, easy location for cafe breakfast.
Would have liked proper glasses for water, and extra tea bags.
The room was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful.
I liked the comfort of the bed , the view of the room and the friedly staff. And the facilities were so close to the hotel.
Friendliness of staff and facilities
No. Everything was fine.
Good location near train station and beach
Disorganised staff who gave out multiple room keys to other guests. having other guests walk into your room.
Closeness to the railway station Breakfast
Having to pay £2 a case to be stored after check out
The best hotel in Brighton in terms of value for money. New building with all the essential facilities you might need. Kettle, tea and coffee provided for free + Wi-Fi. Excellent guest service. They keep your luggage at the time you check out if you'd like to walk around the city for a last time. I would strongly recommend Ibis Brighton.
We were fully satisfied. It would be unfair if we complained about something. Nothimg to be looked into.
Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean. Adequate, if unexceptional, cooked breakfast. Good place for a couple of nights' stay, as a base, in our case, for spending daytime with friends and family in Brighton.
No convenient parking! Brighton seems to be ruled by car haters! There are vastly expensive public car parks nearby, which can be used at the risk of dents and dinges. If you're travelling by train however, the location is great, as the hotel's within a stone's throw of the railway station.
A very stylish, modern hotel. A welcome, informal style to lay out and arrangements. Convenient for the station and town centre.
excellent breakfast buffet good beds quiet convenient for station
Great location for the theatre and shops
car parking is a rip off even with hotel discount
The hotel is very modern, and designed nicely. The rooms are also a good size, and the bathroom is too. It was clean, warm, and the staff were very welcoming. There are tea making facilities within your room, and you get clean towels etc daily. It was also secure, and safe. Perfect location from station too (1 min walk) and from town (10 min walk).
The bathroom door is hard to shut, and makes a loud noise when shutting! But that's it! Nothing!
The location. I dont need to drag my luggage far away. I had the best decision ever, 2 days 1 night trip to Brighton for The Burning Clocks festival, only 1 hour train from Central London before I got back to my home country Kuala Lumpur. I can leave my luggage at the hotel after check out for 2 pound per luggage.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Location right next to the train station and within walking distance to beach, everything. Room and bathroom modern and good size.
As mentioned by other people, the rooms aren't carpeted. they're wood laminate floors which look great but unfortunately does mean you hear every footstep, movement, door close etc. from the room above. This didn't bother me especially but should be noted if you're a light sleeper with an early start.
Perfect location situated by Brighton train station and a few minutes walk from the Center of Brighton. Ideal.
Cleaning staff poor and should be better incentivised. Rooms either not cleaned daily or items not replaced.
LOACTION AND VALUE FOR MONEY
Just a few yards from Brighton rail station accessible to everything. My bedroom was clean, modern and functional. Exactly what I needed. Great value.
Nothing to dislike but not the place to come to if you are seeking period charm.
Staff were great, clean lovely room, soo close to the train station!
No vegan option for 24 hour room service :(
Nice clean rooms in a convenient location and very close to the railway station.
Only 1 pillow each and only 1 spare. WiFi was not the best. It is something we look for in a hotel. Only very few comfy seats in the bar for the evening, most were hard dining room type chairs.
it was functional and good value for an overnight stay. Good for rail and buses.
Saving water is very noble nowadays, but the pressure in the shower and and particularly the toilet were inadequate.
The location is very good, by the train station, near the centre and the North Lanes. The hotel not luxurious but it is comfortable and stylish and the staff were very friendly and approachable.
The only good thing was the location of the hotel. The staff were also friendly.
We were put onto a lower ground room, which we weren't sure what the difference would make so we accepted. Unfortunately, it went downhill after leaving reception. We had no mobile signal for the whole stay, also the wifi was appalling! We could hear pipes and water tanks (our assumption was this, can't be sure that's what we heard, but it was a constant tapping and banging) all evening, so much that we had to go and ask staff for ear plugs. They offered to swap the room, but it was 11.30PM, we were already in bed and unpacked for the couple of days we were staying for. The cleanliness really wasn't great. The bed sheets and towels were spotless, but a lot of dust everywhere, and also the floor was awful! Couldn't be bare foot, or wear white socks either.
