Comfortable and clean. Great location.
No chocolate mints on pillow :o)
Comfortable bed & clean bathroom. Quiet room
A bit expensive to stay at the weekends.
Can hear noise from other rooms Staff wanted to charge to leave the bags in Reception.
Great bed, very clean - helping staff - great location. 100% hotel. thx from Iceland.
The shower in room 916 has very little power. I would say that the shower leaks rather than runs the power is so little. Went from cold to hot without changing the heat.... several times but that is because the power is so low.
Plastic rooms, wipe clean surfaces that wernt clean. Aeroplane toilet.
Being on a main road and our room overlooking a bus stop we were kept awake by the noise. Football supporters chanting outside didn't help.
Location and friendly staff
No free wi fi. Should be standard in all hotels. Singke bed very narrow

Perfect if you're travelling alone. It's 2minutes from the station, close to the laines and city centre. The staff are friendly, efficient and the hotel is clean feels safe.
Close to station. Efficient reception. Good breakfast. Quiet room.
Location - near the station. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
I booked a Saturday and Sunday night stay for £108 per night. On the Sunday the hotel was selling double rooms for £68 for that night. I paid £40 more than I needed to.
location very close to the station, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful
Super confortable bed Nice view over the roof tops from the "sea view rooms" Clean. Quiet (at the 10th floor) Friendly and polite staff
The check-in and booking experience was very negative and due to this I will probably not stay here again. The check-in time had been changed (from noon to 2 pm) without information other then upon arrival. I had partly choosen this hotel due to the noon check-in time since I had a business meeting later that afternoon. Thankfully I was able to give me my room at 12:30. I was charges twice for my room. After pointing this out to both Booking.com and the hotel, I was eventually given a refund. Considering the hassle this caused me, the extra costs ( due to currency conversion) and that this problem was known by the hotel when I arrived to checked in (and - on top of this - that the check-in time had been delayed), it would had been a nice gesture to e.g. offer a complimentary breakfastnot or to not charge me for the £20 -upgrade I had booked. Instead I ended up paying £5 for a coffee and a croissant while waiting at the reception for the new check-in time. .
Clean room Helpful staff
More variety for breakfast
A big name chain didn't disappoint. Check in and out took seconds and the staff on the desk were welcoming and seemed genuinely happy. Room was very clean and fresh and the rest of the hotel seemed to be the same.
Cant comment on the bar or breakfast as we didn't do either in the hotel.
Great location near the trainstation and also near the center. Staff was friendly and most helpful. Rooms where clean and the atmosphire was nice. Will recommend this Hotel.
The room had not even a bottle of water although there was a kettle with tea and coffee sachets. No basic telephone reception.
Cleaner and more up to date than most other hotels in Brighton. Brand new reception, bar and restaurant area. Great location all round 5syar bale for money at 55 per night

Location Cleanliness Comfort of the bed
Had an interview for UNi, never been to Brighton before. Ibis was just outside train station…near lots of parking and a stones throw from the shops and bars in city centre (about 15mins leisurely walk to the seafront). Courteous, accommodating staff, thank u.
The location, the room layout, the en-suite pod which is a very good idea.
Spoilt by the check in attitude, no need or place for negativity especially on the way in.
I travelled by train and hotel is very close. The shopping area is also nearby.Staff friendly and room spotless.
