Nice new modern hotel in a very handy location, near station and city centre. The usual buffet style breakfast, so good food is only warm but much the same as every other hotel. |

The hotel is very new and as such was in good order. Better use of Low Energy Lighting should be used. What a waste of energy to use filiment lamps rather than led versions. Poor sinage meant I drove past it twice. Very poor parking, off site, dark walk and £7.00 a day. |

Good location. Helpful staff. The smell of cleaning chemicals in the bedrooms. I used to work for another hotel chain that used the same brand - it's very overpowering! |

It was ok it seemed a little way from the centre perhaps a shuttle bus would resolve the problem. |

Clean, quiet, polite staff, comfy room, comfy bed - everything you need for a business stay. I also like that breakfast was not included, becauseI hate having to pay for something I do not want. |

If the distance to the center/old town isn't a problem I can recommend the hotel. The location: Temple Meads is not in the center - you need to go to the station to get a bus from there. Walking to the malls is at least 20 min. |

Tea available in the room; variety of the breakfast It was difficult to find and the map/description on the internet were not sufficient for a newcomer to town |

Extremely noisy. There is a building site across the road which start work at 7. Previous to this the trains are running frequently |

Hotel room was clean and had plenty of natural light. Reception staff were friendly. Location good for the train station. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but it was obvious from the stale smell of smoke that previous occupants had been smoking. No milk provided for tea & coffee in the room - basic stuff surely. There is a building site outside the window. |

Clean and new. Breakfast was excellent. Bedroom was right next to the lift which was noisy all night. Felt very cheaply finished for the money. We were charged twice for the stay-once on the credit card given to cover charges (when told money would be taken off debit card if used for that purpose) & once at check-out. |
