I liked that the train station was so close and that food & drink was available 24/7. Would stay again. The only thing i stayed in room 122, in the middle of the night i could hear water running and it kept me awake most of the night. a part from that everything was really good.

Good location for railway station. Noisy, because it's near the railway station. Too noisy to open windows on nights and 'ventilation' fan system is rubbish.

The staff treatment was excellent and the room quite room! The localization was also alright. You have to pay for the parking and they didn't tell you before to park all the different ranges you can get. Quite expensive.

Location to Bristol Railway Station was great and close to a modern shopping centre, if the staff had been able to give me clear directions. The room was very clean, modern with a view toward the train lines but still very quiet, even with the trains were going through during the night. Ordered a King Srimp Cocktail from the bar and, when I was finally served, it was beautifully served, delicious and good value. It is a typical Ibis Hotel and all that is needed for a one night stop-over. Staff were unfriendly and not very knowledgable of the area as they lacked good English and were very young. Had to wait quite sometime to be served at the bar to order a meal and drink as there was no staff in attendance, even on a Friday night, and had to ask reception if the bar was actually open. No in-room Wifi which was advertised as available through the TV, in rooms.

Clean and tidy Room stuffy due to air con not working. Window restricted. Noise throughout the night both outside the hotel by drunken stag parties running riot and inside outside the rooms by same groups. No effort made by staff to stop the noise, resulting in guest shouting for them to be quite.

The shower The lift was fast Decaf coffee in the room Good mirrors a place to hang my suit Room was clean Staff barging into the room unannounced while we were dressing The food (beef curry) tasted like a ready-meal As staff were foreign, had to use basic English to be understood (I'm in England, yes ?) Not good value for money Television in room in wrong aspect ratio, so everything looked wrong/stretched - this could not be corrected Much litter on the floors outside room
