Ibis Bristol Temple Meads

Modern and clean.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, The room was located close to Temple Meads station and provided all the facilities i required

Coffee and tea making facilities were too basic

The staff were very pleasent, helpful and efficient.Room very clean and quit.

The hotel is very new and as such was in good order. Better use of Low Energy Lighting should be used. What a waste of energy to use filiment lamps rather than led versions.

Poor sinage meant I drove past it twice. Very poor parking, off site, dark walk and £7.00 a day.

The smell of cleaning chemicals in the bedrooms. I used to work for another hotel chain that used the same brand - it's very overpowering!

Clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom

It was ok it seemed a little way from the centre perhaps a shuttle bus would resolve the problem.

Convienient location close to Temple Meads Station, ideal for a late evening arrival.

Tea available in the room; variety of the breakfast

It was difficult to find and the map/description on the internet were not sufficient for a newcomer to town

Hotel room was clean and had plenty of natural light. Reception staff were friendly. Location good for the train station.

It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but it was obvious from the stale smell of smoke that previous occupants had been smoking. No milk provided for tea & coffee in the room - basic stuff surely.There is a building site outside the window.

would have liked more than one pillow and lack of toiletries, ie - soap, shower hat, shower gel. key card use in lift.

Really convenient for station; despite open window noise level fine. Nice big room.
