They don't make the bed daily
near to pub and station
Nice staff, good stay!
Bed was comfy and the hotel was very close to the train station. Large rooms for the price
The room was dated and ugly, the bathroom pad was not not nice to use. In all the hotel felt cheap but clean.
Reasonable price, good staff.
it's just what you need for a short trip to Bristol...friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with adequate space.
Reasonably close to the shops
Could have done with a shower cap
Juliette at the reception desk was fantastic: helpful, polite and funny. Our special requests have been satisfied very rapidly. Bravo !
Absence of decoration in the room and heating system difficult to control.

Great value for money, easy 2 minute walk from temple meads station, close to Bristol City centre. Nice staff :)
Location, rooms and service
Excellent friendly Helpful staff. Beautifully clean.Excellent service.Fantastic, large and spacious showers
No toiletries!needed hair conditioner.no No blankets in room. I was cold in the night but had no access to blankets and couldnt make the heating work.
I really enjoyed my stay at the ibis, I booked it for my boyfriends 27th just a little get away. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome, we even had a happy birthday card, cake and a welcome drink which was Lovely. The hotel is quite close to everything. Cabot circus was a ten minute walk. Room was kept tidy and was cleaned everyday. The comfort of the bed was great.
The only annoying this with the hotel Is that they don't provide parking.... After 5pm - 9am its fine because you can park on the road next to the hotel but during the day you have to park in a car park and pay.
Everything about the place.. Quiet, relaxing, customer service.. 10/10 Brilliant!! See u soon... Thankyou!!
Not smoking in our rooms.. But we got to respect the law.. It's thyr for a reason... Thankyou

good location very comfy nice big bed windows open mostly good design
had to pay for decent wifi but only £3 not much decent veggie food available strange sort of extruded/sealed shower/bathroom unit
Super staff. Smart comfortable and well equipped. Excellent breakfast.
I arrived at rail station 22.45 hrs on a very wet and windy night. Expecting to find the hotel v nearby I left to get utterly lost in construction works! No signage. No lighting. I became totally lost and finally staggered into the hotel 1/2 hr later. Wet through, luggage soaked and a little hysterical. Kind and calming staff. NOT the hotel fault. Council/ construction company MUST put up signeage and lighting.
The location for the rail links, the comfort, cleanliness and welcoming staff.
1. It's a few minutes walk from the train (and the airport shuttle bus) - very convenient for an overnight stay. 2. Rooms very clean and comfortable. 3. Food service (at breakfast) basic but adequate.
1. Currently (Jan 14) surrounded by building sites, with NO directional signs to help you find the hotel. 2. IBIS presumably use it as a training hotel for their staff ,who change frequently, are usually foreign and have a limited command of English. 3. The price varies wildly during the course of the year, so that you should never assume that you can't do better elsewhere.
Staff very friendly. Comfortable and location good.
Staffs are friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who has the tattoo on the neck. 5 mins walk from train station. Quiet and new area of Bristol. Hotel room is new decorated, spacious and very convenient.
Customer Service is excellent, staff are very friendly, room is everything you need and reasonably priced
