Clean tidy room friendly staff
Rooms and showers
Very close to Temple meads train station. Personnel very kind and helpful Room comfortable
Limited wifi connectivity (you have to pay to have a full capacity wifi connection) The room was not as clean as expected
It was close to the Train Station and convenient to cut through to our Daughter's home. We were just looking for a bed as we babysat her first Child while she was in hospital having a baby.
No carpark, and not easy to find anywhere outside the hotel to eat,and I am not sure ther was any room service.
I must say everything was good from the hotel, The new food menu was refreshing and well prepared. The staff very friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately across the road there was some construction going on and could become noisy from time to time but that sort of thing is out of the Hotels hands. as the area around the hotel is being redeveloped slowly but from what I could tell they are nearing the end.
I liked the shower. It was enough for 2 if u wanted it.
The hotel was like down sum dirty scarey street, I wouldnt feel safe cumin down to hotel.
Nothing to say
cabin bathroom and very friendly staff
Quick check in, comfortable, clean room, close to the station. Didn't have breakfast there as I find hotels in general do not make good coffee; otherwise satisfied by this stay.
The website said there was allocated parking however on arrival this wasn't the case . We ended up paying to park elsewhere. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel so it was very dissapointing.
Very comfortable, clean, good friendly staff. Excellent overall.
the area is a bit isolated late at night, especially using the car park which is a little distant.
I liked the staff. They were friendly and always willing to help. The comfort was great and location suited us well. The breakfast was superb.
The staff didn't know that the bus to the airport stopped near the hotel. Instead of walking just 5 min. with our suitcases we had to walk for 25 min. to the bus terminal. That was pretty lame...
Place, staff, breakfast
Parking costing £10 and not being told I would need change for it beforehand
It's clean, just very basic.
VERY SLOW wifi, not a fan of the breakfast, lower floor was very noisy at night. Also there's really nothing within 5 mins walk, not even a convenient store. very new area
All fine once I arrived.
But getting to you on foot from the train station was ridiculously tricky for a hotel that was only 5 minutes walk away. No signposts! At all!
Entrance area bright and friendly. Room Spartan but all essentials were there and working well. A good nights' sleep. Breakfast very good.
Car Parking arrangements adequate but not good
The hotel was well located, close to railway station and a couple of minutes walk to town centre
Unfortunately there was a lot of building work going on opposite the hotel which started at 6 in the morning! Also car parking was a problem - had to wake up at 5am to ring through to extend parking time! Personally I found the bed very hard and uncomfortable.
Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk from Temple Meads Station. Quick and easy check in with a friendly receptionist. Security and housekeeping staff were friendly too. Typical Ibis really... clean and hassle-free. Room had everything I needed. Fair price for location.
big comfortable rooms
no room service
The staff was lovely
The staff were very friendly
-Staff: very kind, fixed very problem in a few minutes -Bed: unexpectedly comfy -Room: clean and large
-Location: just in front of a building cantier, workers could see into you window -The 2nd night, the heater didn't work
Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was good but the hotel wasn't busy.
No parking facilities. had to park 400 metres away in a car park. The room was noisy. The bathroom was nothing more than a pod built into the corner of the room.
