The room was basic but very cheap and the staff were friendly. The location was ideal for our Christmas stay (between our two families). Having 24/7 reception was handy, it definitely fit the purpose
The beds were pretty uncomfortable, we stayed for 3 nights and would probably only use for a shorter stay in the future.
Cleanliness / good shower / polite staff
Only 1 pillow
Everything totally painless
Nothing to complain about
Good PArking Restaurant very close Safety nice people. very clean
Reception opened 24 hours, free wifi, comfy bed
No kettle provided, separate shower from toilet
Very good value for money, good location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean ...
Could do with an extra pillow, shampoo and possibly an extra towel... There was no coffee facility in the room.
Friendleness of staff exceptional comfort of bed, spacious and very clean room.
Noise from building next door loud until after midnight. people parking in disabled places without badges made things really difficult for me. Husband found it difficult to sleep due to noise and heating system room, shame as staff are so kind
the ibis is value for the price paid
Lack of soap
Basic but exactly what I expected
No power socket near bedside and a longer clothes rail
Room was cold
Good value for money ..
Liked the light airy room and modern decor. Continental breakfast was OK for what it was. The adjoining pub/restaurant is very good value for money.
Ibis policy of no kettle or tea/coffee, and no toiletries either. I have drawn this issue across them before, pointing out that these items are basic hospitality requirements and that other less charging establishments quite happily supply them. So Ibis, listen up, your policy is unacceptable.
the young man on duty the night I arrived was very helpful his name was ALEX
the room was very cold despite having the heating on all day,the duvet not sufficient grade , sound insulation between rooms virtually non exhistant
price and the location for our needs
the only one thing i can fault is that there is no tea and coffee facilities in the room other than that exellent.
Quite and a very comfortable bed.
Would be improved by a range of sandwiches and snacks.
It was cheap, and you shouldn't expect too much when paying bottom prices.
The room was so cold, I walked around the car park for 2 hours to keep warm (mid Dec), while the room warmed up. Had to sleep fully clothed even with provided blow heater on full blast. I understand no frills means no carpets or curtains, but you shouldn't need to sleep fully clothed. And I mean, jeans, jumper and socks. Apart from that, the hotel 'did what it says on the tin'.
Good location,staff, facilities and breakfast.
The bed was so hard we might as well have slept on the floor. Not having tea making facilities in the room is a serious flaw that means I will not us Ibis Budget again. I would rather pay a few pounds more for the room than have to go down to the foyer to get a drink when I wake up.
Room cold heater not working bed rock hard shower going hot and cold people shouting in corridor all night hotel got cctv ????
very helpful staff, clean and tidy and excellent value for money.
Location ok, near to major route but hardly scenic location
Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good size car park.
Bed mattress to hard. More pillows required. One towel for two people. No tea making facilities in room
The hotel was a really nice place to stay and the staffs are friendly.
Limited Breakfast, need more fruits.
Modern design; great breakfast croissants; value for money; cool shower.
It was a bit cold in the room as it was on the ground floor and the heating was a bit noisy.
Rooms we're clean and tidy.
Wi fi was not very good. Air conditioning didn't keep the room very warm and was a bit noisy.
Early check in 12pm
expensive pizza which was served on a baking tray because the man couldn't scrape it off .. Well I couldn't either, so that was a waste of money! £43 is a lot of money for a budget hotel. There are posh 5star hotels that are the same price!
