Clean and quiet
I liked the location only
There was a bunk bed over our heads. The room was very cold no proper heating and the duvet was very thin. There was a heater above the door but that didn't work properly. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and we had to pay £2 for a cup of tea from the reception area which was only a meagre polystyrene cup! Wifi was difficult to log on to.
Friendly staff. quiet hotel. very good location to downtown, restaurants and pubs right by the hotel. 5 minutes walk from the subway, and it is very easy to find the hotel.
Only thing i didn't liked about the hotel was the breakfast, simple and to little vegetables, is it not changed until the next time I buy breakfast somewhere else outside the hotel.
Cheap and cheerful
The cleaness and the space and comfort was good enough for a budgeted type of hotel. Though they do not provide you with a kettle but you could take your own travel kettle if you really want to save and also have a comfortable holiday. I would recommend anyone to this fab.hotel.
The only thing there are a bit budget with toiletire but you csll and ask them but still its not much though. This is what I did not like.
Location is close to the underground and shops
Wifi was not strong at our bedroom and breakfast was not included at a price which would have been a better package with a small breakfast included at the price we payed
The room key didn't open my door at all! Every time I wanted to come in, I had to go to reception to upload the card. It's ridiculous!
Location n staff
Wifi not working, poor mattresses
The noise other guests has made and the street noise
Room was clean & tidy Small but clever design Free wifi Only £36 for the night but, I would pay the extra £15 or so for something abit better
The bed was very uncomfortable & the two pillows provided were useless = bad back & stiff neck in the morning! The noise outside was ridiculous, woken atleast 5 times through the night due to noise & bad mattress
Need better beds and thicker pillows
The shower, the room decoration/layout/lights
The bed was rock hard, so was the pillows. There was no kettle or tea pot in the rooms.so you had no way of making tea or coffee. You had to go down to the reception for tea which was very expendsive!! £2 for a really small cup.there were no little snacks present in the room. Just 2 small cups place on the tap table. the tv remote was disgusting. Looked like it had not been dusted for years!!
Window was faulty.
So I paid 27 for a nights stay as was flying from Heathrow. I arrived early for check in but I had a bad back so wanted to leave my case with them which wasn't a problem. Went for breakfast and a lil shop and then it was time to check in. Cause of the bad back and a very long journey ahead I used the whole day to sleep and rest. For a solo traveller the hotel was spot on with simple smooth access to Heathrow. Room had a double bed and a single bunk, plenty of space to put bags down by the windows. Would obviously be abit more cramped with more people but for 27 for the room what more do u want. Went next door for a pizza and text express is beside the hotel open early till 11pm. Clean, brilliant for what I needed. I would stay again
No hairdryer but luckily I had my own I'm just thinking not everyone would carry one.
Quick check out
Separate toilet and bath, lots of flight path noise
The staff was courteous and very helpful.
Perfect for access to central London. Spotlessly clean.
Take your own pillow and earplugs if a light sleeper. Some noisy planes!
Staff, clean room, shower
There was no tea/coffee making facilites
Shower was great with good clean room and comfy bed. Great value and right in the centre with everythin you need around the corner.
Nothing reaily just as I expected
The hotel was quiet and the car park was reasonable although there is a charge for the car park.
There is no free coffee or tea. It is nice and it is a nice gesture when there is free coffee and tea.
Car park a bit small but excellent value if you can get in.
Breakfast too expensive and bread was a bit stale but coffee, cornflakes and juices fine.
I really liked that the lobby has a food/drink area to purchase items at. The room itself is cute and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great - just a few minutes walking from the Tube, but also in a central part of Hounslow where there are restaurants/bars. Very close to Heathrow, which is why I stayed there. It's definitely a budget hotel (you only get a tiny bar of soap, there's no hairdryer, etc). But the price is unbeatable.
I stayed on the 4th floor and the wifi did not work on my iphone or ipad. Even when I was in the lobby, the wifi either did not work or was extremely slow. I had to rely on the desktop computer that the hotel has in the lobby for wifi. Also, the knob on the thermostat was broken, which I didn't realize until late in the evening when I was going to bed and tried to turn the heat on. Because there is no phone in the room, I had to go down to reception. Luckily, I was able to move to another room which had a working thermostat. However, the heat was not very strong and I still felt chilly in the room. This was January 2015.
The room is very clean and very comfortable.
room is very small.
They didn't give me a refund on the deposit because the room smelt of smoke but the room already smelt of smoke when we arrived so I lost £50
