Great value for money Close to Heathrow Clean Rooms look really nice
Terrible parking Rude, snappy and somewhat unhelpful staff Unprepared for an advanced notice busy period
Price - excellent for London Fairly close to tube station Free WiFi Convenient for Heathrow
Bed very firm No kettle
Good location for Heathrow and Twickenham
A coach party were eating in the lobby when I arrived - the food did not smell good at all
Friendly, helpful staff. Prime location for travelling to Central London (particularly by a regular London Underground service). Good basic facilities.
Clean central managed to grt disabled parking .. good price.
Staff unfriendly unhelpful poor english . Asked housekeper for extra pillow (did not get one)
car park full so couldn't use
Facilities are modern and tasteful. can be compared with high rated hotels
Wi-Fi is slow
Decoration style, nice staff
Well be fine if you're not interested in moving in London and will be only in hownslow
Far from center of London If u want a cup of coffee or tea you need to pay
Asked for extra pillows they said they had none available had to ask 4 times before being told that
The whole set up is untrained and donot know how to deal with the customers.
Very much noice from the elvator
What a brilliant place to stay and a good location
Good location cheap parking for the area and walking distance to shopping area and restaurants is just hundred or so meters
- the proximity from the Underground "Hounlaw central" > very pratical from the International Airport - The comodity of the room
- The Price !!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a Hostel Chain, it appears to me very expensive. Although it is about a hostel in downtown of London, the single room cost ~80 € !!!!!!!!!!!! It awfully too much whereas the room is small and basic.
Room was clean and practical with many good eating places around especially the Chinese buffet opposite the hotel
Lack of a proper pillow as the one in the room was no thicker than a cushion. A pillow or 2 per person. Another thing which you as a hotel had no control over was the flight path for heathrow airport as the first flight was 5.30 am every morning.
Nearness to Heathrow
Location scared the hell out of me! Very scary place at night & for that reason I would not stay there again
Great value, modern and very clean together with a convenient location. All the facilities one could need are provided for in a compact and efficient way. The location is highly convenient for the airport and central London as both are easily reachable by tube.
There was nothing I did not like!
If you are not planing to spend a lot of time in the hotel and are just looking for a place to sleep and shower, this is the perfect place for you. As is clean tidy and practical.
I like ibis. Although the room is small, you don't feel no space. e.g. the bed is high enough for you to slide your suitcases under. The shower and toilet and washing basin are in separate space so can be used separately. Lights are designed friendly for using. Staff were friendly. Check in/out was quick.
Loved the proximity to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable.
I never really felt comfortable, walking around the area. It looked very seedy.
