Everything. Functional, kind staff, clean and confortable.
Compact, efficient room layout. Good continental breakfast. Pleasant, helpful staff. Clean. Bed was pretty much just right.
It's not a bad walk from the train station, but it was in a more industrial feeling part of town than I'd expected.
cleanliness of the facility friendly and helpful staff great access to tram and train station
wifi can occasionally be a bit slow
The toilets and shower in the room and no bar
Modern hotel New and clean Basic but better than I expected for the price we paid
Only one iron in an ironing room in reception
Spacious family room
Clean well planned hotel Good Breakfast Quiet room.
Cost of items from snack machine.
Clean rooms Sleeps 3 Good base for a night
Hard beds Shower in room not in seperate bathroom
Lift didn't always work didn't have one room ready when we arrived
Very clean and friendly staff. Decent location and reasonably priced.
I was with a friend and thought that the shower wasn't very appropriate due to the fact you could see into the shower from one of the beds. Also the toilet was a bit claustrophobic.
Cost New fresh room Shower in room-wierd but I could watch TV as I wash!
The road is noisey
beds no shampoo
The hotel was inexpensive and convenient for our needs. The room was big enough for 3 people and there was plenty of hot water in the shower
The toilet in the room has an automatic light switch triggered by a motion sensor. In the middle of the night you cannot use the toilet without the light making it like daylight in the room. The bright light sears your retina and completely wakes you up. It's an awful design. If I wanted to be woken up completely at 3am I would have set an alarm. I can find the toilet with a minimum amount of light. It's not necessary to turn such a bright light on in the middle of the night.
Bed a bit hard.
My room was spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate for my needs. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The bed was very firm and was very uncomfortable. It was almost impossible to sleep on it. Also the lack of a restaurant was a problem as a woman on her own it was not a nice area to walk around in to find somewhere to eat.
Friendly and helpful staff Neon shower head Good sound proof room Clean and tidy
Bed too hard
good location, good value for money, kind reception staff
no parking on site, but quite near, so this was ok. Internet could have been better, but it was still acceptable
wifi location atmosphere breakfast dining
bed are too small room are also small
I like the quirkiness of the rooms. Yes, they are small, but you don't go to a hotel to stay in the room. You just somewhere clean and comfortable, which it ticked the boxes of!
Staff, nothing too much trouble for them, good size room, very clean, able to use facilities for warming food, good continental selection at breakfast .Coffee machine and adequate seating areas. Would use again.
A little bit further out of main town than we would have liked but this is no fault of hotel.
Shower head broken Bed rock hard Sink too small Toilet door in your face
It felt like a single room in a hostel. Probably that's the idea, but I expected something like premierinn. Wifi was so slow it might as well have not been offered
It's only 15mins walk from Piccadilly. Had a special deal so the price was right. It was clean, had friendly, helpful staff. It is really near to the tram into the city. Had a big big for when your toddler doesn't want to sleep in the high bunk!
Just wanted a one of those tiny kettles in the room. We brought our own tea etc. and went downstairs - the staff on reception will boil the kettle for you - just not so good juggling hot water and a toddler, but we managed.
