we were going to motorpoint arena so location was perfect. Very pleasant hotel.
We found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was did not give value for money.
Grrat location to arena. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.
No coffee/tea making facilities in room
The location of the hotel was ideal, just a couple of minutes walk to the arena. Quick check-in even though it was busy. Room was adequate and clean.
The pillows and bed were extremely uncomfortable. I hardly slept a wink, which spoilt the following day as I also had to drive home tired. Surely a comfortable bed would be a priority for most guests?
Close to arena and quite clean
Considering it was a budget hotel it wasn't that cheap, it was a clean but very basic room maybe it was because it is close to the motor point arena but i have stayed in better hotels for less money also the dead rat outside was a bit of a put off
The ease of check In Simplicity of the room So close to the arena
That a security guy came and told us we was "talking" to loud!
Perfect location for the Arena
location and cleanliness
no basic tea/coffee facilities no washroom privacy limited parking noisy
Close to arena
No bar and too basic
Nothing was particularly wrong..but at the same time nothing was any more than bare basics..budget is accurate...Ok for us as been at arena
The colours of the rooms made it look nice
Room was a bit cold even though the window was shut but you could hear traffic and the wind so may not be sealed properly
Ground floor room
I asked for 1 request and that wasn't granted. I asked for a room next to my friend Faye Delany 207 & us in room 9 . Why even offer special request service if you don't intend on fulfilling it?
Friendly staff, hotel was clean and quiet.
Everything was fine and as expected for a budget hotel.
Two towels for 3 people. No shampoo. No kettle, tea, coffee, milk. No warning on booking that this is what budget meant.
friendly & helpful staff location parking - outside the hotel therefore did not need to use & pay for the hotel parking
expensive when we stayed lack of kettle in room no bin in main room, only the bathroom bathroom not clean & smelt bed very uncomfortable 1 very thin pillow
Near EIS and IceArena
Easy access to Motorpoint Arena & Meadowhall which we visited.
Excellent price and location (we needed to be close to the Institute of Sport).
Beds are very hard. In one of the two rooms we had a pillow was very small and a single duvet was very small too. The rooms were dusty.
Clean, cheap and good location. Tram only short walk away, food nearby and meadowhall either 15 min walk, 2 tram stops or a few min drive away
Layout of room and having to pay for parking
showers were clean and ber good .
No coffee making facilities in the too ....could have at least a kette and cups to make your own .
Great value and comfortable
Cleanliness Location Facilities Price
Good clean and cheap hotel. The staff were very helpful and WIFI was good and there are a few pubs close by for a feed.
Staff - friendly/ helpful Location- perfect for the arena and just a 10 min walk from Centertainment Cleanliness - very clean & modern looking
Bed - like sleeping on the floor, very hard, might aswell not have a mattress on lol Top bunk not even made even though booked a room for 3? Me & my disabled mum couldn't get up to make it :-( No cooked breakfast - dissapointing/ understand its a budget hotel but would have paid extra for this No tea / coffee making facilities
Brilliant location for the Arena and great value (basic but that's all we needed)
Price and proximity to venue, good facilities near by for our needs
