Space in the room and lights by the bed
Would like some essentials in the room. I had no shower stuff at all. No shampoo or anything. No hairdryer or tea and coffee kit.
No kettle in room
no kettle. coffee making facility
A clean simple room to spend the night on the way. Nothing fancy but good value for money.
Clean and quiet
No kettle :(
I stayed here with a group of friends the evening before we went to Creamfields festival. Really couldn't fault the place!
Simple, clean, convenient
No carpets, no kettle, no tea or coffee
Comfortable bedding. Clean & modern design.
Wooden floors were a little noisy.
no kettle in room do like to make a cuppa in the morning before i leave...
ibis lymm was very comfortable with nice clean sheets and although our room backed on to the truck park we never heard one lorry go out we stayed on a 1 night stop over on our way from didcot oxon to scotland room was very clean and the staff very helpfull would certainly recomend and would stay there again on an over night stop over
the only 1 thing we didnt like was there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and public areas. No noise, considering this is a large truck stopping area.
cleanyness, price, ease of use and friendly staff.
small towels and no tea coffee making facility. not much spare toiletries .i understand it was a budget stay but a bit of shower gel and toothpaste??
the hotel is totally new
not easy to find the entrance
Staff were so friendly and made our time that bit more better. Booking to go back.
I have nothing to dislike about this hotel.
It was the cheapest option in the area. Staff were responsive
The bed was so hard that when lying on my side I lost the feeling in my arm
Ease of parking Location Proximity of Costa
Card machine was out of order
The room was clean & the bed was comfortable
There was no kettle so I went to a supermarket & bought one as well as tea, sugar & milk. I realise it is a "budget" hotel but I managed to buy a kettle from Asda for £5 so I don't think it's a lot to ask for! Myself & another guest also got food poisoning from the 24hour hot food canteen at the services. I ate at 8.30pm & have a feeling the chicken & vegetable pie had been sat out all day! I know this isn't the hotel but it is the main restaurant other than macdonalds that is in the vicinity of the services.
Easy to get too. Clean but basic
No kettle for a brew. Beds not very comfy.
room size location was ideal for our requirements
the fact that there was no kettle available, but they were selling tea in reception for £2 a cup . a bit steep for a budget hotel. Mattress was really hard.
Great price Comfirtable. Clean. Polite Staff
Good location but very simple rooms standard small rooms.
Rooms were very small with no kettle or small appliances.
It served the purpose of my one nite ladt minute stay ..would recommend it to others ...
The wagon park at the side ..
The bedding came in a plastic bag ! The bed was too firm and very uncomfortable. The reception staff wanted to charge me more than I booked online. The web site is misleading by saying breakfast is included. It is not ! The wifi advertised is almost unusable.
Handy for mid-motorway stopover, good soundproofing for sleep quality
Room was a bit cold initially, but fairly easy to get heating going
Hotel/room was basic but clean and had excellent bed/tv/shower. Also, McDonalds, shop and garage adjacent so kids/adults got what they needed.
