location very closed to city centre
Early morning the day of checking out our lights in our bedroom were off.and we havent had a shower yet n its too dark.we needed to have a shower in tge other vacant room close to us.
kettle in room would be good
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The bed was one of the best I have slept in.
Cleaning & silent. Nice location as well
Mentanance and staff is verry poor I think
Comfortable warm room
Only downside no heating
Windows were poorly sealed very noisy with duel carriage way outside.. stayed here a few times before and havent had this issue maybe it was just that room
Staff were friendly.
Room is basic with a thin mattress. 'Breakfast' consists of a cereal bar and a muffin with a hot drink from a machine.
We've stayed there before whilst visiting relatives in Yorkshire and will continue to do so as it's central, comfortable, clean and good value.
Lack of facilities for dogs.
Secure hotel-staff with helpful and cheerful attitude and clean room with enough space.
Can't think of anything.
Friendly staff. Cheap as chips.
Traffic noise from the neighbouring dual carriageway from 5am even with the window closed. Ask for a room at the back. Location is out of town, and difficult to find, you can only access it from one direction on the dual carriageway. If you're coming from Bradford you'll get lost.
Stayed at budget In birmingham and more plug sockets, bathroom with bath, tea and coffee making facilities,it was 3 adults but I've got s bunk bed in it,good job we weren't all huge!!!
You had to pay £3.00 a night to park your car and if you dint want room service the nocked £2.00 a day of I dint want it told them and some some cleans my room once and I had to pay for 3 days
The bed was comfortable. The staff at check in was pleasant. I asked for extra quilt and was given Hotel near Shop
Accessing the hotel entrance took a while to find. The directional sign to entrance should be more visible The heating system in room is not good, AC points downwards so room was very cold. There was only one power socket in room and it was up near TV so very uncomfortable to use
post code did not take us to right end of street
larger room, because it was fitted for disabled clients. Clean bedroom. Modern facilities and lobby area. Secure access to corridors.
Feeble shower, with broken height adjustment (had been secured by forcing drill bit in between rail and sliding stand!) Dirty shower rail and drain needed bleach down it)
The most disgusting place on earth.
The friendly and accommodating staff. The location. The low cost involved
Having to pay for the car park
Location, staff,clean,tidy, good price.
Coffee making facilities? But price would explain this.
Very good room rates Helpful and efficient staff Rooms crisp and clean Free wifi works well Good value optional breakfast pack
Not much: Remember that parking is £3/night extra No tea/coffee in room Only one electric socket
Comfortable room, all I needed
Perhaps there could be better soundproofing. The night of "fun" in the room upstairs meant I did not get much sleep
The bed was rock hard bad night sleep.woman receptionist when checking in was curt and unwelcoming as a regular customer I was very disappointed.
No loo roll Stuffy room
