Bed very confortable
Noisy room, he ventilators of the air conditioned located outside make a lot of noise at night
Friendly, welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble. None better!
Odour in my room on arrival which lingered even after opening the window.
Price and location
Minor surprise at car park charge - though only £3!
decor, bunk single, foot access from road
Clean Helpful Good free Wifi in the room
to access the Hotel the slope was very slippery and dangerous In the room there was only one wall plug to avail of
The room had all the essentials that was needed for our trip, the staff were very friendly and were very helpful, the location was abit out of town but the free shuttle bus was very handy
I wish we had a kettle in the room and would not of minded at least two plug sockets
No frills but excellent value for money and conveniently situated
Wi-fi was appalling Bed hard
Value for money. It was clean, quiet and efficient.
There was'nt a chair to sit in the room.
The hard bed and price
Thin walls and noise
Nice big room with a double bed and big shower. Cheap and clean
Toilet is a bit small and pillows were poor could of done with more pillows or thicker ones.
Was a lovely hotel with lovely staff I would book again
if they could have provided warm break fast would have been great
location, price, quality
There was blood stains on the walls and blankets I have stayed there multiple times and I notice the same thing!
Great price, free fast Wi-Fi connection, friendly staff, clean and welcoming.
Location next to an expressway, but this was mitigated by good noise insulation and a room at the back on request!
I've travelled a few time to Leeds and always used the Travelodge. This was the first time using Ibis and was very impressed. It is far better than the Lodge. I highly recommend the Ibis. Well done on excellent service and value for money.
The 1st room stunk of smoke, but once we told reception we were given a new room immediately.
Very good service from staff really quick check in and check out. Room big and clean very good for the price of the night stay. Secure parking very cheap.
Having stayed here quite a few times now I still view it as great value. Helpful friendly staff. Functional facilities including modern elevator and luggage trolleys. Good room cleanliness, complimentary soap was handy.
However a few niggles I didn't mention before: Traffic noise, heavy footsteps and door slamming were an issue and I ended up having to buy ear-plugs to avoid disturbed sleep. Always seem to get a room on the road side on the cheap rates. The bed was very firm which is fine if you sleep on your back, but I got a painful shoulder from sleeping on my side. The ageing 4:3 TV system is poor with only 11 freeview channels, bad picture, and controls problems. The one electric socket was also worn out -- it buzzed in use because the contacts are slack. The electrics are due a refit. The wifi was problematic this visit, being very slow at times. The showers have the spray head fixed to the wall. Personally I hate these. Coffee from a bean-to-cup machine is by £1.50 tokens you buy at reception. White coffee is made using powder whitener, though milk pots are also available.
Peaceful atmosphere. Secure Car Park. Nice comfortable room. Bright rooms. Nice service overall. Staff very helpful.
Great location, hotel good value, all worked well
Noise from main road
Staff are very helpful, friendly, perfect
No seat in the disabled toilet, bed on a wooden board - no slats so rock hard to lie on, no kettle, constant noise throughout the night from what I think is the heating for other rooms, window let through a lot of noise, on my last night a room a couple down were playing loud music all night and where shouting in the hallway, had a fire alarm in the middle of the night no one came to help me - I was in a disabled room as I have broken my ankle - and when it went off no one came to update me on the situation, cost of drinks is stupidly high, doors very heavy and difficult to open when in a wheelchair.
location very closed to city centre
Early morning the day of checking out our lights in our bedroom were off.and we havent had a shower yet n its too dark.we needed to have a shower in tge other vacant room close to us.
kettle in room would be good
