Breakfast very basic and no cooked breakfast. No bar or other facilities, had to go out to eat and drink. Bed comfortable, but room very basic and could do with a makeover |

The room smelled of drains, and the area at the base of the shower tiles had a pink mould that could have been cleaned away with bleach. We were unfortunate with the 'value for money' because, with an international rugby match on, prices were higher than usual. |

i went out for some social work at nite and came back around 3 am and doors was lock (i understand for security) then i keep calling reciption and no answar , i finly come inside and the boy was sleeping , eveinig boy was very helpfull and profetional but sorry abt nite guy he wasnt wel aware even breakfast time . |

Didnt Really stay long enough to do anything there. The Hotel Staff were so rude as soon as I walked in,Also there was a bottle left under the bed,i asumed that it hadnt been cleaned properly.Didnt go and complain as the Woman at the desk was so rude made me feel intimadated. |

Nothing. The only Ibis hotel in the uk without a bar I booked a family room with 2 double beds as I opted for a larger room and wanted a double bed. When I arrived I was given a room with 2 twin single beds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was not happy. They said Booking.com had informed them the room I had booked was just for one person so given a room with 2 singles and they did not have a room left with any double beds. |
