The Chesterfield Marathon road closures
Comfortable beds and clean hotel
The noise and also getting across the road was difficult
Cheap, clean, adequate for a one night stay. No air conditioning in room. As it was a warm night I had to open the window - hotel is near a busy roundabout so traffic noise kept me awake most of the night.
No air conditioner in room and if you open the window it's very noisy due to hotel being near to busy roundabout.
Didn't like having to leave early because of road closures. It completely disrupted our plans for visiting places on our journey home to Southampton. It spoilt what was otherwise a good weekend.
staff friendly and helpful room clean
breakfast could have been better with choice of egg and tomatoes
The staff were excellent and very efficient and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and double windows eliminates any road sound, black out curtains a big thumbs up.
The pillow on the bed was awful it was like sleeping on a breeze block as a result me and my partner both suffered bad necks and the toilet paper was a bit cheap too oh and the water smelt like eggs.
Good value for money. Friendly staff. We would stay here again.
Efficient check in, clean, comfortable, good breakfast.
Room at the front was very warm - too much road noise if windows were opened. Crossing the road to walk to town centre is dangerous!
Good quality for the price
friendly staff very helpful
Very comfortable and friendly staff. Short walk to larger shops and restaurants. Close to the town.
The breakfast was okay but could have been better. I guess the food may have been set up a lot earlier than when we were eating it.
Ibis is good value for money if you need a base for the night. The town is quite near only a 5 min walk.
The pillow was a bit soft & no soap in the room. Dangerous crossing the road if you are a pedestrian.
Very comfy bed. Fantastic big bathroom. Handy location for town centre and for motorway
Very good value for money. Good location. Bed very comfortable. 12 o'clock check out.
Wi-Fi did not work.
Good location in town
Every thing you need in a room and very comfortable bed
Having to cross a main road to go into town
very clean,staff helpful,good lounge.
Situated on a major roundabout to the front with a very busy A road to the . rear, although double glazed this did not reduce the road noise. and resulted in a bad nights sleep.
WIFI Decent TV (if thats what you are looking for)
Smell in the room Cleanliness
excellent price lovely comfortable beds cleanliness location wifi car parking
room overlooked roundabout which was very busy and noisy
Nice, clean hotel and would stay again.
Bad Wi-Fi reception but nothing major.
How close to the town centre
The noise of the traffic from the motorway
Excellent customer service from Clint on reception. Made us feel very welcome & gave us useful info.
Did not feel like a budget hotel.
Great location, within walking distance of the city centre
