Was on the 1st floor and was woken by traffic noise from dual carriageway next to Ibis.
Basic hoteLike but reflected on price. Can't complain
Food menu. Very little choice.
The comfort and facilities for disabled guests
Some late night noise from other guests but not really a major problem
Hair dryer kept cutting out and shower did not keep its temperature
In centre of chesterfield, nice and close to the pub, market and restaurants. didn't make use of any facilities so can't comment on them really.
Only one problem is the roads you have to cross to get into centre. You can walk down to the bridge which isn't far away.
There were many of us staying for a family funeral that was taking place. Exactly what was needed. Clean, Central and comfortable at a great price.
nice and quiet and a good shower
summer quilts on bed had to turn heating up during night
Good service , convenient location, very efficient staff
could improve evening meal choices especially for those not wanting to eat out.
The way the hotel is kept clean and updated and friendly.
Breakfast to expensive and robotic.
Easy to find and pleasant receptionist Relax in the evening with glass of wine
Lumpy pillows! Maybe hand towel as only large bath towel provided
the room was great lovely and clean.nice to have tea and coffee available.
the only thing I didn't like was the menu.i found it very limited and quite pricey.
The comfy bed The heating
Struggled to flush the toilet Room was freezing cold as heater was off No hand towels
Close to town centre. Friendly staff.
Pedestrian access to town centre difficult. No safe crossing nearby.
Walking to/from the rail station the most people slide down a mud path from the road to the hotel door.
Great price, great location.
It was all good.
hotel staff very helpfull ,room clean, bed very comfortable ,and very handy for market, shops and pubs/restaurants
I was staying as part of a hen party night out and the staff were really accommodating in helping us in what i needed. I was the organiser so was very stressed but they made things a lot easier for me!!
Stayed one night and was excellent value for money.Clean, warm and comfortable.
Located on a roundabout and sat nav kept missing the turn
Nothing although a cold shower the night we arrived due to the boiler breaking down which is just bad luck and the fire alarm going of at 12.40am which thankfully turned out to be a false alarm will give us something to laugh about for some time to come.
24 hour reception
Fire alarm at 1am Staff could be more friendly Breakfast too expensive
Everything, rooms good, staff great
WiFi poor bit slow, fire alarm went off again
Evening staff gave a good greeting and reception
We were given a room with a faulty and noisy fan next next door
Location not nice. Was a gang in the car park smoking weed. Have to negotiate a busy road to walk into the centre
The staff were very gracious and professional. The open plan ground floor with reception, breakfast room, bar and billiard table was very nicely designed. The room was also very nice and spacious, with electrical sockets at desk height so you don't have to crawl around the floor looking for somewhere to plug in your charger.
