Bathroom was nightmare, worst I had ever seen Bad was noisy Aircondition is blowing on the bed

Reception Staff & Morning restaurant staff, very helpful and friendly. Cleaners did a good job.

Monday 06-05-13. Evening restaurant staff lack of English no knowledge of dishes served and how to mix bitter shandy! And served wine in dirty glasses twice. After this episode we took our evening meals away from the Ibis Hotel. This let your whole operation down.

The receptionists and staff members were very friendly and helpful.The Indian lady at the reception in particular was very good.The room was by far more than what I expected for a `budget hotel`.Way way better than the expensive Ramada I had stayed at in Wolverhampton the month before.The Ibis Bed was exceptionally good and very comfortable.The room was very clean and tidy, same with bathroom.The breakfast was equally good.Overall I would go back to this hotel again.I really liked the facilities and the service I received.

Book Out time was supposed to be 12 am but around 9:30am I had 2 female cleaners knocking on my door to indirectly urge me to leave.Wasnt too happy with this although they `apologised`. I think internet could be offered for free instead of £9 that we paid.

Staff were very helpfull and assisted me when I needed to print my boarding pass for my flight the next morning.

Hotel was very nice but there is not much to do in the evening in Coventry

It would be helpful to have available a detailed map with points of interest highlighted to encourage those of a curious nature and an hour to spare. That's all it takes!

Location at it was just on the edge of the city centre. it was ok to walk from the hotel into the city when with someone but not sure i would like to do the walk on my own. staff very helpful.

It was in a good location easy to find and close to city centre staff member responded promptly to my request.

Slightly on the expensive side per night to be honest the rooms were not cleaned to the highest standards I found this mainly to be bathroom area .

reception staff were efficient-room was suitable for needs(one night stay)slightly dated charm-good beakfast-reasonable bar prices

other guests were causing a (loud)commotion at 3.00 a.m(shouting/swearing.arguing/doors banging/running down corridors etc.)-this ,and its aftermath, carried on for about an hour and a half ,keeping us awake with no explanation as to what was going on;despite advertising 24 hour food available and breakfast from 4.00 a.m,my 17 year old daughter(who had been kept awake for 2 hours by the noise and commotion)was refused something to eat when she went to reception at 4.30 and told,grudgingly to return at 5.45 a.m(she didn't)-this incident marred out stay at the hotel and would put us off returning in future. The hotel was further from our evening destination(Belgrave theatre) than expected from literature,directions were poor.

My third time at this hotel and each time there has been a problem.with the payment .

Very modern, well equipped, comfortable. Long extended period for breakfast available.

It was relatively cheap, and a booking available at short notice.

The access was poor - I had to pay twice to park up, go out for the evening and come back again. The staff seemed under pressure. The menu selection was dismal - first choice not available. The second choice would have taken too long and and the final was poorly prepared. I was not impressed. It was also highly overpriced. The room was adequate - much too cold even with the heating on maximum. The toilet wasn't clean on arrival. There was insufficient tea and coffee in the tea service provided do in the morning I went without.
