Staff were very lovely and friendly, hotel was in nice condition and there was a huge range of services and food available throughout the day. Since all the rooms lead straight outside, you can also order takeaways straight to your room door too. ;)
Radiator was a little hormonal, but nothing we couldn't figure out. Hotel's tricky to walk to and from at night - taxis or cars recommended!
Good breakfast selection
Needs updating and I saw a rat run by my feet outside!
Staff Quiet setting with trees Good hot cooked breakfast CCTV covering parts of car park / motel areas
Mould on carpet in one motel room Rooms facing away from car park/ reception seemed not as safe All rooms (1-2 people only) no space for extra bed eg parents with child
Near to city centre, yet quiet. Everything we required for our two day visit.
The rooms look out onto a small forest of trees completely obscuring the main roads nearby. Its easy to imagine you're in the middle of nowhere, or in a lakeside lodge. The staff were extremely helpful and friends and the 24hr restaurant is an amazing service!
Extensive roadworks in area
Tv needs to be updated and shouldn't be just local channels
Location and facilities in terms of self contained apartments
Further out of City Centre but price compensates for this.
All very Good
They have to change us the room because there's rubbish in a table and in the morning a dog barking woke us up.
Very easy to find and very charming receptionist who signed us in with no problems at all. Very impressed with the room which was spotless and the bathroom also. Very comfortable huge bed, free Wi Fi, well laid out room. Pleased with our first stay at an Ibis hotel.
Clean and pretty spacious, good location
Need good WIFI speeds, More food options.
nice looking onto trees quiet wonderful bed
very busy at reception on arrival - not adequately staffed
quiet , comfy , tea maker, wifi location but need better sign when approaching
Need a more clear sign at the roundbout ,
Convenient location and rooms are away from reception area where people may gather for functions.
Difficult to find.
The food was awful and I felt sick afterwards, everytime I . walked in the room it lifted a cloud of dusty stinkyness, it looked like it hadn't been refurbed in over 20 years. It reminded me of an old American motel in layout and standards. I paid £134 for 2 nights which wasn't worth it. Also there was a light on outside my room all night which made it hard to sleep.
access to rooms and car parked near to room
I loved the quietness, the little squirrel that came to say hello each day and the lovely green gardens. The staff were always helpful and the room was a reasonable size, really clean with a great bathroom which actually had a bath. Hanging space for clothes, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities, safe parking near the room and free wifi contributed to a home away from home. Meals at the main reception area were varied and wholesome It was a 5 minute walk to shops. I would recommend this hotel to travelers .
An air conditioner would have made the stay a bit more comfortable We visited in summer and the days were quite hot However, usually the.weather cooled by evening and sleeping was comfortable.
Brilliant location if you are working for JLR which is walking distance from the hotel
Could have been cheaper
The way staff dealt with my problem immediately with no fuss. The manager was helpful and imformative. As a result of the way I was treated, if the need arose to stay in that area again, I would not hesitate to use this location.
Unfortunately on arrival my room was not suitable (due to mold, this is as a result of construction of the building; and management work on managing the problem). Please see my like coments. Accessing the hotel is down a small road, which points to a heath club, this made it a little confusing on finding. Once found, easy to acess.
As good as the ones we have stayed in France. Clean, Quiet, good size car park
Breakfasts, although as the receptionist said it "was all you can eat", if you don't want a lot - £7.95 each is a lot, especially if there are 5 of you.
You get what you pay for. It was clean and quiet. I can see where the previous comments about how difficult it is to find came from. All we did was follow the sat nav to the roundabout with the jaguar factory on and take the exit marked "hotel".
It was a little damp but this might have been due to the weather (hot and humid at the time).
balcony facing a field and the staff seemed nice
The beds are very uncomfortable I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Location was hard to find. For the price it wasn't great I have experienced cheaper and better hotels. When trying to sleep which I couldn't at around 7am the grass was being cut which made it even worse.
Location Cleanliness Comfortable bed
