Breakfast was expensive for what it was, but not too many other options on a Sunday morning before 11am.
Also there isn't much around the hotel - there is a tesco but that's about it.
Can be expensive if you're staying more than one night (we were there three), as you need to travel from the hotel to gatwick and then into London.
Hotel bus service not advertised well online, hotel staff sometimes gave incorrect information about its departure times/frequency and a bit expensive. Two people on local bus costs less than one person on the hotel bus. the bus stop is only across the road, they're more regular and take you to near enough the same point.
Found the staff to be a bit on the rude and abrupt at times, seemed like if there was something more complicated than checking you in (or giving correct information) it came across as if they couldn't be bothered although that might be the people who served me.
The rooms are lovely; quite spacious, clean, comfy bed, not too much noise pollution.
Bathrooms are practical walk in showers, definitely up there with some of the better ones I've seen, and doesn't have the problem of the shower flooding the bathroom.
Free wifi was easy to log on to and use.
