The hotel was perfectly comfortable and allowed us to stay unaffected by the heavy snow at a reasonable price Some of the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and had poor English |

The hotel staff was very friendly and heplful. As I stay in many hotels during a year this particular one scored in terms of cleanliness. I would definitely recomend Ibis Gatwick. |

The shuttle service was horrible. I went into London when I got back it was raining heavily, the driver instead of turning into the hotel's yard drove past and dropped myself and two other guests at a bus stop some distance away which meant we had to walk back through the rain. Thsi happened on Saturday night on the 8:10pm shuttle from Gatwick. |

proper breakfast system and proper service system all over service was very messy plates and glasses were everywhere boil egg or bread is needed you running a hotel in africa or london people start shouting in rooms also in future id rather stay in a guest house i have to go 3 times to open lock from my room this is disgraceful to pay this kind of price .. i can get better service in any part of asia and africa... thank you |

Price ok for last minute booking, good and cheap breakfast, convenient location for stopover in London Gatwick The staff, the rooms are very basic but that's the case in any Ibis hotel, no hair dryer, shuttle from/to airport wasn't free (£3 per person per one-way trip), and airport bu shuttle is actually further away than we thought (10 min) |
