Friendly staff, quiet street, clean and functional bathroom and room. Very good value for money. City centre is 5-7 minutes walk. What else do you need? On the way to the city centre are many night clubs and pubs for young people.

Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room was sleek and adequate for our needs. We were visiting Glasgow for a gig just round the corner. The Ibis is an ideal hotel for central location. Walking distance to shops, pubs, clubs, train station etc.

The hotel was fairly central but unfortunately based in a slightly dodgy area. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 for them. The hotel facilities were really bad. WiFi was an extra charge (I thought it was free), the tv didn't work, the toilet didn't flush, the noise in the drains woke me several times. The hotel also didn't feel clean and when I woke in the morning I had some sort of insect bite on my leg. It was cheap but that's no excuse for the facilites.

I liked the excellent value for money accommodation in a good location. The hair dryer was fantastic as was the shower. Only a trivial thing but it would have been good to have had a plug near the mirror

Basic but comfy room which we used as a base for clubbing. The shower was a thing of beauty and exceeds some 5 star hotels. Excellent staff, especially the duty manager and the fantastically helpful nightman. Both gents are a credit to Ibis.
