The room was clean , very basic. suited our purpose to visit relatives for a short stay
Very uncomfortable seating in bedroom Noisy road traffic, which appeared to be road racers, lasting until around midnight. Ear plugs were provided. Need to pay to store luggage for a few hours The plug for the hairdryer was at the other end of the room from the mirror.
Excellent location Comfy beds
the hotel although rated as a budget hotel was far from it the location was excellent not too near the city centre but in easy walking distance, the staff were all very friendly and helpful the hotel well furnished and modern.would stay again
although the breakfast was excellent and plentiful we thought the evening menu very uninspiring and a tad expensive
The staffs at the hotel are very helpful. The hotel is very clean . The location of the hotel is very central.
Very helpful and Friendly staff, Location for transport, sights, restaurants, shops; Very good and roomy shower;
a bit far from subway station
Good Location, Hotel was Clean and Quiet, Good Value for Money. Definitely Stay again
4th floor with "closed" windows terrible noise fron outside. Too hot as aurconditioner seemed to switch off automatcally.
Location of the hotel was great. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Room was rather small. Toilet door was a large sliding door which was difficult to open/shut. Only 2 power sockets which were not near a mirror. Staff were not very polite or friendly
location and wi-fi
didn't like being assaulted/attacked by other guest, apart from staff who where on duty that evening, who where great in calling police and ambulance for me,the actual hotel group have never contacted me,in any way to find out how I was after assault.I am very disappointed with there lack of interest. tho offending guest got asked to leave and asked not to return,so basically you can attack guests at Accore Hotels and all you can expect in punishment is a ban from any Accore hotel. Extremely let down and very disappointed in this lack of action
Bed clean and comfortable, bathroom facilities good. Staff very welcoming. Good location for Glasgow Central and Charring Cross Stations.
Menu slightly disappointing, also the room we had was overlooking the main road so there was a bit of traffic noise.
The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfy
The shower leaked a bit when you used it and also the window wouldn't close
Okay location, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
We had to pay around treble the normal cost, which we presume must have been due to the Ryder Cup being on. We had no other option as everywhere else was fully booked (or even more expensive). The toilet was not clean when we got to room.
It's an Ibis so you know what to expect. It was quiet and clean. The bathroom was good.
Only one thing. It would be good to have a top sheet and a light blanket as it was not cold enough for a thick doona.
ideal location to get to nearby shops
You mostly know what you get with Ibis. Handy location. Reasonable food in restaurant. Welcoming staff team. Bed comfortable. Pretty good value for money.
There was a lighting fault in room (205) which meant light flickered on and off throughout stay, including at 2am! Smell of cleaning materials in bathroom rather overpowering!
Good location Price just right Clean and comfy basic room Friendly staff
Parking can be difficult
Location very good. Beds very comfortable.
Bathroom wasn't very clean
Friendly Quite anad clesn
People on reception very helpful and polite 10/10
The price of a cup of tea. The room was far to basic and the smell from the drain in the shower was really unpleasant.
there was a consant stream of loud cars back firing high reving and racing until 3am
Carpets, very basic for the money
small room, small bathroom. They have the nerve to ask for € 2 for every suitcase that you want them to guard for a few hours after check-out. Totally rediculous.
Comfortable beds and great breakfast,
When we arrived in the room it was very basic and had to open the window as the smell of bleach was awful.
