Very reasonably priced, we just wanted a place to sleep for the night. Plain and simple hotel, clean and friendly staff. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a clean, no frills hotel who need a place to sleep for the night.
Staff, room not ready on time
Excellent Food 24hrs Cleanliness
Lack of Dressing Table with Mirror
I would recommend and use this hotel again. No complaints.
Great location, very clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful.. Excellent value for money and I will definetly stay here again.
Can't think of anything really!
Room service was available
Plug for hairdryer not near mirror
everything - 24 hour bar
We had a hot shower and the bed was comfortable
Poor communication, the bare neccesite. We didn't have internet and when I asked about it I was told with attitude I should have said earlier and they would have talked us through. It is up to the staff to talk you through basics such as this on arrival.
Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Great breakfast. Good location.
Room 514 which was dark and dingy as it had a view of a red brick wall just a few feet away so had very little natural light. Apart from that, all good.
in city centre calm secure super staff! breakfast
paid £90 for a night in this hotel and from what was shown it looked ok.on arrival staff were ok but but the room was dark dingy smelly stuffy dusty and had an air con unit that looked like it ad been on fire. hardly any space and if you wanted to iron your clothes you had to go to the second floor to an ironing room! seriously! me and my girlfriend were that shocked by the price for what we got i got my money back from the manager which was a bit to easy making me feel like it wasnt the first time and paid £30 more for a much better hotel. a travel lodge has more room cheaper and cleaner for less
bed and tv
toilet flush sink room service moldy carpet smells cig burnt carpet loud neighbours
Bed was comfortable, staff nice, breakfast OK.
Very noisy around midnight. Cars racing back and forth on street below my window.
The room was clean , very basic. suited our purpose to visit relatives for a short stay
Very uncomfortable seating in bedroom Noisy road traffic, which appeared to be road racers, lasting until around midnight. Ear plugs were provided. Need to pay to store luggage for a few hours The plug for the hairdryer was at the other end of the room from the mirror.
Excellent location Comfy beds
the hotel although rated as a budget hotel was far from it the location was excellent not too near the city centre but in easy walking distance, the staff were all very friendly and helpful the hotel well furnished and modern.would stay again
although the breakfast was excellent and plentiful we thought the evening menu very uninspiring and a tad expensive
The staffs at the hotel are very helpful. The hotel is very clean . The location of the hotel is very central.
Very helpful and Friendly staff, Location for transport, sights, restaurants, shops; Very good and roomy shower;
a bit far from subway station
Good Location, Hotel was Clean and Quiet, Good Value for Money. Definitely Stay again
4th floor with "closed" windows terrible noise fron outside. Too hot as aurconditioner seemed to switch off automatcally.
Location of the hotel was great. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Room was rather small. Toilet door was a large sliding door which was difficult to open/shut. Only 2 power sockets which were not near a mirror. Staff were not very polite or friendly
location and wi-fi
didn't like being assaulted/attacked by other guest, apart from staff who where on duty that evening, who where great in calling police and ambulance for me,the actual hotel group have never contacted me,in any way to find out how I was after assault.I am very disappointed with there lack of interest. tho offending guest got asked to leave and asked not to return,so basically you can attack guests at Accore Hotels and all you can expect in punishment is a ban from any Accore hotel. Extremely let down and very disappointed in this lack of action
Bed clean and comfortable, bathroom facilities good. Staff very welcoming. Good location for Glasgow Central and Charring Cross Stations.
Menu slightly disappointing, also the room we had was overlooking the main road so there was a bit of traffic noise.
The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfy
The shower leaked a bit when you used it and also the window wouldn't close
