Nice Room, not enormous but big enough. Fantastic showers and an extremely comfortable bed. Staff very polite, helpful & Professional - cannot fault in any way
The rooms are comfortable and clean. A bar and restaurant are downstaors. It was fairly easy to find from the bus station. Was in Ling walking distance to the shops on Buchanan street and the Christmas market.
It's quite a walk from the bus station, so if you have lots of luggage, cab it.
The atmosphere cleanliness and value for money, helpful staff. Would return again and would certainly recommend it to my family and friends.
modern room décor ,with super shower situated in compact toilet pod .
carpet in bedroom shabby
Only the location is the good thing about this bloody hotel!
There was no connection for the WiFi it is just an imaginary WiFi that the staff only believe it is there! the whole hotel smells very bad, the smell is unbearable and the staff was rude, not trained well and not welcoming at all!!
Could do with a little more clothes hanging space.
Very good location, quite.
Restaurant in the hotel is very simple but expensive. They charge 10 pounds for a frozen pizza for dinner. For breakfast the bacon is like a stone. The reception was a bit unorganized.First we got a room, but when we entered the room realised the room was occupied. The second day the key wasn t working for our room. Small but annoying mistakes.
We were very impressed with all the facilities especially the quality of the room and bathroom and the pleasant staff.
The dinner menu we found very limited, especially if you are not too fond of spicy food.!
would have been nice to be informed in advance of stay of refurbishments taking place, there was noise outside of our room one morning but it was sorted when we complained to reception
The location is close to the city center.
But the smell is not very good.
I liked the area away from the bustle staff were friendly and helpfull and room was comfortable defo return when we have our mgt out at the arches or swg3 we bookd for Hogmanay at ur sister hotel for street rave at swg3 looking forward to using ur sister hotel as had a good 1st time experience do u ever have discount nights or weekend
Didn't have any dislikes
Good bed, good shower, good location, fair breakfast.
Our floor had just got new carpet and the smell was really strong. Our bathroom smells cigarette. The window was stocked, hard to shut.
The location was good being only a ten minute walk to the city centre. Room basic no frills. Shower very good especially after a days shopping. Staff friendly and helpful.
The cars racing round the block at night for hours on end. Complained but even though staff were sympathetic, said they had complained to the police across the road from the hotel but there was nothing they could do.
Nothing to complain about
Wifi very intermittent
Clean, very hot showers and nice lay out of the room. Room at the back of the hotel was quiet, with security entry to the lifts and very helpful staff
Thin walls which meant that noisy neighbours could be heard word for word (staff dealt with this in a highly appropriate and timely manner)
Central for what we wanted to do in Glasgow.
The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms are cleaned and bed linen is changed every day. The room was very comfortable, quiet and warm. All recommendations.
This hotel was very poor.first impression seemed ok but nothing special, but once got to room was very dissapointd.first room had a nasty smell so had tio be moved, second room was better in smell wise, the sheets were clean thats about it really.to be honest at premire inn or travel lodge is a lot cleaner ,friendlier and cheaper.would have moved to somewhere else but would not have got money back and also at this time of year every where would have been booked..got up in morning for breakfast and did ask for my money back for this.the breakfast was appauling the sausage wasnt very badly burnt, the bacon had more fat and grease than bacon, the beans were scrambled egg had been lying that long that they were all dried out, after this I didnt look any further as I was put of and wasnt hungry any more..this is one hotel I will not recommend of be back to..
Very handy for Sauchiehall street
Noisy in the morning.
Wasn't told about wi fi
location, clean, friendly
bedrooom a bit cell like, could do with some decor to cheer things up
