Pure guid like
Confortable and modern hotel. Quiet room, big enough and clean. Bathroom is ok, modern anfd big enough. Though it's not at the city centre, it takes you 25 minutes by walk. I recommend this hotel
Friendly staff, great welcome, clean room, extremely comfortable bed, great wifi, much cheapness.
Room was clean and comfortable. Lovely big shower. Hairdryer in room
The view from the window was a brick wall which was only feet away, couldn't even see if it was raining
Speed of check in/departure bed comfortable Shower hot and powerful staff helpful
Area very noisy at night with lots of noise from cars, seagulls etc. It is however in the city centre and I am used to a quiet country location
Perfect location for town center nice and friendly staff value for money .
car park facility .
The food was surprisingly really good and they serve it 24hrs. Great showers, great wifi, good beds. The rooms have a cruise ship feeling to them but overall I would stay again. Staff was friendly :)
We're it was
Was not a toilet in the bar
Staff very good; Clean hotel; No noise in the morning; Good locality
good location for the theatre,
Staff were outstanding room was immaculate
Price Location 24 hr desk Staff very friendly Food budget-priced but good
Noise, double glazing didn't shut out local boy-racer 1 am to 4 am, seagulls at 5 am. Room 315, shower head holder installed upside down, kept falling out.
central to everything walking distance in to the city which was great. clean and tidy nice staff.the breakfast ok but not brilliant the hot food looked like it had been there for some time.but the continental was very nice.
the cooked breakfast was not very pleasing to the eye looked like it had been sat out a while. so I opted for the continental which was very nice.
the neatness, the staff's readiness and the roaming hotel room with a decent bathroom
Staff were really friendly and the location is ideal for Central Glasgow.
Everything but the temperature.
Temperature in the room.
The bar/lounge area was nice.
Extremely small room. When opening the door anyone would see my mother in bed! Once in the room, you had to close the door, to walk around the bed, to actually get in the room. The room smelled of a nursing home. I know this, as I have worked in them. Although the window was open when I arrived, I could smell it as soon as I walked in. There were 'call buzzers' in the room and bathroom, so wondering if was a nursing/retirement home at one point. Bathroom door slides closed, and not very well. Kept getting stuck. Also no lock on it. Not an actual shower cubicle as such, more of a wet room. So whole bathroom floor got soaked. Severe shortage of power points. Had to unplug the TV to use the hair dryer. No information about breakfast/meals were given at check-in. Had to ask ourselves later on.
friendly helpful staff. clean rooms. perfect for a city break.
door key cards didnt work
