Location Value for money Facilities
Small room Cold bathroom Small sink
Bed slightly firm with a mattress topper. Quiet room at the back. Good value and excellent location with good attached restaurant.
Small room and a light didn’t work. Only basic television channels.
Staff very helpful.
The rooms took some time to heat up.
Not enough towels. There were some construction works next door and bad smell came out. A bit on the expensive side especially when the breakfast is not includes.
Location, location, location! Breakfast
Trying to be charged extra for an item that didn't exist
£12 car parking fee.
Staff were great - dealt to issues promptly. Location excellent
Location was great! Plenty of bars and restaurants.the
The Room was very basic and needed updating.
The convenient location.
The hotel has become pretty basic. The room offered disabled access and was particularly dour which was disappointing. All a bit anonymous and clinical.
Location Value for money Comfortable bed
Fried eggs at breakfast slightly under-cooked
The Cafe Rouge next to reception. Its not necessary to pay for an included breakfast as the choice is better and cheaper to buy direct in Cafe Rouge. The Greenwich Clipper is a short distance away which gives good access to the whole of the city including the theatres.
Location - after all, that's why I chose it.
location of room (too near reception), view from window (rubbish bins and pallets right up against window) bathroom tiles cracked and general feeling of not clean (I don't have cracked tiles at home - I would fix them) No phone signal in my room at all
Had to pay extra for car parking when resident in hotel ...wardrobe very difficult to access..
Bathroom needed a good revamp. Needs regrouting.
Price - less then £70 for double room is decent rates in London! room (overall) staff - friendly, cheerful and happy to help layout - Smart steps up to the hotel with a nice atmosphere when you enter. restaurant (if it's part of the hotel)
A better shower would have made it perfect. The bathtub shower is very dated, didn't expect that for such a decent looking hotel. Beds could have been slightly more comfy but that's just being picky.
everything.......nothing to fault
being woken up by bin men at 5am!!!
The location of this hotel was excellent. Conection to cafe rouge good.
Room was a little small. Could hear the next door tv through the wall.
Location - number 129 or 188 bus direct to/from O2 in few minutes. Far easier than DLR/tube!!!
No exception for turning up early to checkin, though staff did take our bags for us whilst we went off exploring.
As we were going to a concert at the O2, the location was excellent. Greenwich itself was a great area to explore too. One of the party was disabled and her room was all we were lead to believe it would be. i.e. easily accessable once in room.
It's a pity that the room for my disabled friend was a fair walk (push of her wheelchair) from the lift.
Out the door, turn left at the corner, one block to a great restaurant, Across the street, food store. Walk to Greenwich museums and river.
No ice chest to keep milk cold for our morning coffee.
lovely clean room with very comfortable bed in quiet room. very handy for the tube and Greenwich, which is a lovely area
could perhaps do with few more hooks to hang things particularly in bathroom for towels etc.
We were there for the Early Music Festival, so the location was very convenient for the concerts. Also lots of restaurants on the doorstep. The Cafe Rouge attached to the hotel, for breakfast, was also excellent for lunch or dinner.
Staff very helpful - accommodation good - situation excellent for Greenwich - would stay again.
Café Rouge - not particularly good value for breakfast - next day we went out - there are several cafés just minutes away.
Extremely comfortable beds, friendly staff, value for money, good location
Fresh fruit at continental breakfast would be good
