Location food parking
Extremely well situated for visiting Greenwich attractions - Observatory, River Cruises, Royal Naval College, Market etc.
Staff helpful, comfortable bed, link to Cafe Rouge for breakfast is convenient and English breakfast was good, nice tree lined entr
1. location is really good, 2 min walk to Cutty Sark underground station and 2 min to Maritime museum, also close to Greenwich market, shops and restaurant 2. room is clean and tidy, no smell
1. Room was too small 2. Wifi doesn't really work, very slow and keep crashing 3. this is probably the cheapest you can find in London for a room with an independent clean & tidy bathroom. London's hotel has worst value for money than the rest of the world.
Location, clean and parking facility
only one chair to sit on could have done with 2Locatio
Easy access to all we wanted to see and within reach of rail stations. Helpful staff.
The room wasnt over the top We only slept there so it was exactly what was needed Plus got a very good deal for the one night stay The location is perfect
It was quite basic but didnt really need anything more. If I would have been staying for a week it might be of been completely up to standard
Good location and easy to find
Rooms small and basic but clean and got quite stuffy
everything, nice and close to the waterbus Good price and nice location
Clean, comfortable, nice staff, good price, good location, parking at hotel.
Very handy for trains, bus, and river travel..plenty to see in historic Greenwich. Not too far from the city. We would highly recommend Ibis in Greenwich.
Location was excellent. The hotel really clean and great that it is connected to Café Rouge. Parking was a reasonable price. Staff were helpful and efficient.
The shower was not thermostatic so you would get a burst of really hot water at odd times. The room was really clean but a bit of a squeeze for two and there was a double and a single bed in the room so it would be bad for 3 people, even if 2 adults and a child.
simple, clean. Restaurants close.
On arrival the staff were efficient and friendly, whenever we needed assistance such as taxis they were helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Food at Cafe Rouge was very good. Would recommend to friends. Will be returning soon with my husband. 10/10
easy parking, booked in by good efficient staff, hotel explained in simple easy to understand terms great room, tidy, good bed, perfect location, even the weather was kind.
Good location for visiting Greenwich museums. Having a restaurant attached to the hotel.

Everything,,,,,,Hotel clean comfortable & Value for money,Great location.
It was near our wedding venue. The breakfast was nice
Very basic rooms and no shampoo conditioner or soap
location staff cafe rouge associated to the hotel good tv
wasn't spotlessly clean - some hairs in the bathroom room / bathroom a bit tired bath towel smelt of bleach - Yuk!
Free unlimited Wi-fi access, clean room and comfortable bed.
This hotel provided good value for the money. Obviously located in an older building, the hotel has been upfitted to be reasonably modern and attractive. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the location is ideal. Located in a charming neighbourhood, this hotel is convenient to a variety of restaurants, attractions, and transportation. Ibis Hotel Greenwich is located close to both the Cutty Sark and Greenwich DLR stations. We dined in Cafe Rouge twice and found the food to be superb and the cost quite reasonable. We are already planning a return trip to London, and I would be pleased to stay once again at this hotel.
We were not accustomed to such a high bath tub, but those with accessibility issues may want to consider this.
Near a metro station
There was no window in the room ! The bathroom overlooked the back parking space and the room overlooked the bathroom door. Victorian architecture ?
Cleanliness - Location - Size of Bedroom very good Quiet Room
Poor English on Reception Mirror in bathroom too low Hanging space not long enough or big enough. No hooks to hang dressing gown in bathroom.
