Nothing that I can think of

The staff had no idea that a tour bus was picking up from their hotel so we made a trip with a taxi for £15 which we did not need

+ Perfect location, just 2-3 walking minutes from the dlr station (Cutty Sark). Also bus stops close-by. The stations are in zone 2 of the London public transport network. + very quiet and tidy rooms, no street noise etc. + breakfast option not necessary, since a lot of other options available in 1 minute radius from the hotel.

- No adapters for the British electricity network in place, better bring your own.

No fridge in the room Some rooms are better than others. I had 3 different rooms in the course of my stay (5nights). TV system does not always works (in 2 of the different room I had). No free wifi in room

the price for what you got was too expensive !!! the restaurant was rubbish , the worst full english breakfast i've ever had !!! had no bar open to come back to after the event we saw at the o2 !!!

Location was perfect for start of London marathon.

Was very expensive - I think prices had been put up a lot for marathon weekend. Would be much better value for money on another date!

The position was perfect for my daughter running the marathon. While she was relaxing we looked arount the area which turned out to be the perfect place for us all. Lots to see and the market was first class. We also appreciated being able to keep one room longer than normal so she could get a shower before travelling home on the Sunday.

Nice quiet room in a pleasant hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and seemed to be recently renovated with friendly staff. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great and the neighborhood was excellent with lots of shops and restaurants. Near the observatory and with the DLR and waterferry wight nearby you could access all of London in no time.

The phones went doen in the hotel while we were there which made it difficult to be reached and the lack of free wifi was unfortunate but nothing overall really to complain about.

Took 30 mins for staff to find one. Then another 20 mins to get it not to work. Overall Its an over priced hotel that would rather sit empty than do a deal on a room that resembles the personality of a piece of cardboard.

Very helpful and professional front desk staff. Location right in the center of Greenwhich. Nice French athmosphere in Cafe Rouge.

I can't believe this room cost £99 per night?! Cheap, clinical room, unfriendly, indifferent staff. Stay in the De Vere just round the corner - poles apart !!
