We thought that the hotel was excellent value for money - although basic in appearance, everything in the room was all you needed for stopping over for a couple of nights or so. The breakfast was really nice and good value. The receptionist was very helpful. If you want 'views' of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, or herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically across the plain, then this is not for you, but otherwise we don't see any point in paying over the odds for the same facilities in an expensive hotel (and you still wouldn't get the 'wildebeest' views).. The beds were fantastic - I had the best night's sleep I've had for ages.
A couple of small things: 1) The bath towels were not very big. I am quite small but they were small for me. 2) The electric points for drying and styling hair were on the opposite side of the room to where the mirror was (unless I missed an electric point). Perhaps a small standing mirror on the desk where the electric points are would help? 3) The toilet seat 'wandered around' a little bit (room 3) - either needs tightening or a new one. No big problem but just an observation
The bed is really COMFORTABLE. Worth money, I can only get a bed in an 8 people share's room of YHA with a price like that.
Location, on a small hill.
Really likeable when you could go outside without stairs, straight away into the garden.
We loved the location as we were visiting he O2 academy, less than 100 yards away, spotless clean. Comfiest bed ever.
Good location within easy walking distance to the O2, Alexandria Theatre and shopping. Great bed, very clean room. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
The only minus I can think of is the low water pressure and lack of heating in the bathroom, not a huge issue for the one night I stayed.

Location Value for Money Speed of Check in/out Very Polite Staff
It's a little noisey as other guests move around their rooms and come to and fro, but that's more to do with the Motel style of the building and there's nothing that can be done to improve it.
The room was clean and spacious The staff were attentive Good value for money The bed was comfortable and I had a good night sleep A good thing about the location would be that it was quiet.
The location - The hotel is away from everything so had to get a taxi to and from venue which was in town centre.
Free Wi-Fi Good customer service
The water pressure of the shower was very weak.
I like to be the center. The staff and helpful, and kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The soothing environment, with lots of green plants, and I like that.
One thing that has not changed. The water pressure is insufficient. The only toilet after several attempts to pull it off properly. The problem was showering. Everything is good, but it is a problem for me.
Very good price
Breakfast is a bit expensive
The hotel looks like chalet. Good staff

room location and comfort
I looked for city guide or similar for restaurants and music venues as new to the city but nothing like this was available in the hotel? no BT sports for the great contents they had during new years
The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful, and together with the exceptional facilities, made my stay a fantastic experience.
There's nothing negative to say
almost all the aspects! It looked lovely and it was way much better than that I lived in Leeds!!! nice spot and nice KETTLE!
Good secondary location. The room was very clean and perfectly adequate for my needs.
Small bath and shower not very powerful but the bathroom was very clean.
Liked the location, less than a 10 min walk to the German Christmas Markets in the city centre. The room was clean and functional, décor a little tired but in overall good condition. Have stayed in a lot worse and paid a lot more!
The customer service was simply outstanding! Jose and his team were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating when we were looking for an extra room for our friend.
The showers. Ours wouldn't decide if it was set on cold or hot, making taking a shower a process in itself!
The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Good that you could park car on site and it was secure. A short stroll into city centre and market also Chinese area was just a short stroll good selection of resturants. Nice to be able to chill out in the bar area after coming back from the city.
Could not find anything to dislike
Clean and warm. Staff good. Quite large telly.
Only one mains socket - to boil a cup of tea, you have to unplug the telly. Main light switch is outside the internal of the two doors. When wet shaving , I banged my head on the over-prominent tap. Shower temperature was not steady. The sink had a multitude of cracks. The area is so bad, they had to put wire netting across the entire front, including the gates. The heating cannot be adjusted , because the radiator is under a prominent shelf, so you can't reach the controls ( if there are any ). .
