The shower in our room was brilliant and the breakfast was very good value.
The friendly staff and clean rooms
Everything was OK.
There was nothing bad that was worth writing about
Location excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was overpriced and not enjoyable. All together not good value for money
It was close to shops and bus the staff were really helpful.
The road outside the hotel didn't have traffic lights making it difficult to cross.
friendly staff always helpful
Noisy late night bed goers talking loud going to their rooms
Location was good nice and clean
The lcation and price of the carparking ..there should be some sort of discount for hotel guests
Staff were fantastic and shower SIZE WAS FAB!! The view wasn't much but it is Hull
Breakfast was pricey so we didn't bother
Comfy bed and pleasant, helpful staff.
friendly staff, clean
The parking facility which with two children and luggage in the beginning was a problem, but luckily a nice member of staff let me use the parking at the back of hotel or would of been a nightmare two kids 3 suitcases etc, the floor around the bed was covered in white powder didn't actually know what that was for, hair in shower unit wasn't ours, all in all was pleased was just staying one night no children
The bed was pretty comfy
The cleaner walked in on us at around 1030am, we were due to check out at 12 so why did they come at 1030? Didn't exactly knock just walked straight in
the lift was out of order for all of our second night in the hotel good job only on second floor
Room and shower facilities for the price ok.
Wrong room originally allocated but quickly rectified. Noise on corridors and in room across the way late in the evening on first night was a problem. Better on second night. Can only assume that the culprits had left
Shower .near the train station.
Location. No fuss.
Staff were friendly and efficient
The restaurant was cold and I ordered a pie which lovely came without any pastry. The stew was still tasty.
I like the free wifi
When I got in to my room it stinked of cigarrettes, I didn't stay there for 1 minute and asked to be changed and given a quiet room non smoking. I was given a room with a view to the main motorway, and you could hear the cars passing by. Not impressed. Staff was a bit rude when I asked to change from my stinky room.
Location was ideal
£8.50 breakfast! Pretty basic and not a lot of choice. I went to Wetherspoon's round the corner.
We enjoyed every part of stay. Staff we friendly hotel was a lovely place. Food was fantastic too. Will definitely be staying again.
Dont go Very bad location.rooms dirty.leaking roof

Excellent location. Stones throw from the train station, and a short walk from the Old town real ale trail.
Nothing to complain about.
Smell of paint

The receptionist in the day time was so rude when I asked him for an hour check out
