Great price & location. Basic but for the price paid well worth it.
Too hot. Everywhere in the hotel was too hot. The room was uncomfortable and aircon was unable to cool the room down. We removed the safety catch from the window and had it wide open to get a bit of breeze
Everything. We often look at other places but always come back to the IBIS as it does what is says on the tin.
Basic & simple - very clean and comfortable! Wifi and breakfast option ... What More could u want?! Oh and very friendly helpful staff!

Every thing was good.
The receptionist The way of the guy was taking is very bad to me as I am begging him where could to park my car.
The two female receptions were fantastic. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
The beds were the worst ever. The pillows were so hard I couldn't sleep. After three nights I was exhausted. I wouldn't stay here again.
The location is great. House keeping staff are friendly too. Storage for luggage available too.
Having stayed here a few times before, this was definately the last time. Again, room wasnt stocked properly. Drunks in corridors woke us up, went down to complain and police were there, again, with more drunks. This happened last time we stayed... never again.
Our room, 234. The food excellent value.
The sirens of the emergency services but that's not the hotels fault. Parking was a bit of a problem.
Friendly staff and great location. Rooms lovely and warm and beds comfy.
No toothbrush holders in bathroom. Breakfast quite pricey, hence why we didnt purchase it.
The Location The Bar Accessible Wifi Complimentary Tea & Coffee Complimentary Shower Gel / Soap
Unfortunately there was a power cut in the city the 1st night of our stay. The staff were very helpful and calm assisting and ensuring customers were looked after.
A bit hectic at breakfast. Not really enough seating and running out of cutlery leading to a lengthy wait for more cutlery letting the breakfast get cold whilst waiting
Location, staff, clean and pleasant throughout. Nothing wrong at all.
Very nice hotel close to station and comfortable stay could not fault it and it was so reasonably e
Lack of pool table
