The lady at reception checked me and however she gave us the key card for someone else's room. This is not acceptable.
Good room very clean and comfy bed
Car parking wasn't great but it's easy enough to pay over the phone
Everything! We'd thought that we had booked a budget hotel just for the night. The staff were more than helpful (booking us taxis). Our rooms were very comfortable - immaculately clean! Definitely book Ibis again.
You could book cab straight from the phone. Town centre was just 5 mins away and the bed was comfortable
discounted room rates. Appearance of foyer,
lack of bath.
Friendly staff.. location great.. parking excellent.. stayed over to watch a gig and it was more than we expected for the price we Payed. Definitely use again.
Beds weren't as bouncy as we liked.
Lovely clean rooms big bed, facility's to listen to music. Helpful reception staff
My room was facing the main road and the traffic noise was alittle annoying, I got up at one point to check the window was actually closed
Good locality for the arena. Not far to walk to restaurants. Friendly staff.
No official parking. Wifi was intermittent and the wet room en suite was very clinical and slippy
Everything. An excellent breakfast
i liked everything about my stay the room was spotless the bed was comfy the bathroom pod was excellent and the shower was better than home.
Great location, 10-15 minutes walk from railway station & city centre shops. Hotel was warm & comfortable with a team of helpful staff. Also, if you need to store luggage after check out, it costs £2 per item as opposed to £6 per item at the railway station.
Facilities condition is very good
I wish I have a refrigerator at room Water bottle is £ 3.0 which is very very expensive Breakfast at £ 8 is too expensive also
nice friendly staff, good beds
Parking is a problem. It was rather dear for an overnight stay on a council car park.
Room facing busy road despite asking for a quiet room. Noisy toilet, can hear loud flushing every time upstairs room uses loo/showers.
Very comfortable bed. Clean facilities.
Generally clean and tidy Comfortable / quiet room
Sub-standard breakfast for price (£7.95) Large rowdy parties of same-sex groups Lots of drunk people loitering in the foyer eating takeaways late at night
That u had to pay £3 for better wifi
the staff food at rooms were very good
The car parking arrangements are poor plus it cost me another £10. Would probably look for a hotel with on site parking next time, sorry.
paid some extra which i am not aware of. Long time to get a taxi,
Room was very clean and pleasant with a very comfortable bed.
Internet seemed to be quite slow and to get a faster wifi service there is a small charge
Helpfull staff, clean comfortable room. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it!!! Easy parking across the road and 10 min walk into town what more could you want from a cheap hotel so good we booked again for the new year
The manager was really helpful. he knew the area and pointed us in the direction of a few good clubs. A very enjoyable stay.
The parking, although just across the road, costs £10 for 24 hours and is a bit of a faff setting up by either phoning or downloading the parking app. It would be much better if you could just pay the hotel and they provided you with a parking ticket to display.
Bed very comfortable. Good WiFi.
Unfortunately a group of ladies were running up and down the corridor at 5am knocking on doors for a very prolonged period of time (also shouting that they wanted their plimsoles!). They were very drunk. Therefore I didn't feel rested (as was woken so early in the morning). May make me think twice about staying at this hotel again. I would have thought security would have stopped this behaviour??
