Booking in and out at 12 is perfect,also very quiet on a night going to bed,it was a nice stay and defo be coming back to stay !thought two bags crisps and water was a good gesture too cheers .

The room was clean and shower refreshing and powerful. Staff were very helpful and friendly The price of the food was not in line with a budget hotel and more expensive than expected. It also took along time for ordered food to arrive, considering there were very few people eating this was not expected.

Straightforward budget within easy walking distance of Leeds city No parking facilities or any arrangement with a local car park, although there were several car parks nearby.

The bed was a very good sized double and so so comfortable. The bathroom was perfect and the room had just exactly what you need for a one night stay. Although there were anxieties around stag and hen doos staying in the hotel I was very pleased that there were no disruptions. Perfect for £28 on a bank holiday Sunday night!! Upon arrival we waited around 15 minutes to be seen and when we did we were told they were waiting on the maids to see which rooms were ready, this was at 3.45pm....check in states from 12pm so the rooms should have been ready. The reception had young stag and hen doos also which made me anxious and I thought it was going to be like a night in Etap but it was absolutley fine.

Most comfortable bed in any hotel I have slept in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only one criticism, could do with a bin for rubbish in the room, not only in bathroom

Your "double" bed spent the night with me in a giant chasm where the centre of the matress should have been. Twin single matresses is not a double and should not be advertised as such.

The staff were fantastic. The price was great. The bed was comfy and the shower was brilliant. The colour scheme of the room (pea green!!)

OK value for money for what you get compared to other budget brands Breakfast was OK, except one morning when a large group decended on the hotel, so there should have been more attention to refreshing the items on offer knowing they would run out quickly. They offer additional toiletries when you forget them, I ended up with a razor for 50p that was so blunt I should have just rubbed my chin hard with a towel! if you offer this make sure you have some decent items available.

The friendly atmosphere and good places to visit , both of interest and shops / pubs The constant wind !!!!! Why is it always so cold lol, at least the bars and hotel were warm

checking out should be a lot cheaper poor service at the bar was left waiting for a drink when the bar person was sent on another job so we went to the pub up the road and was severd a lot faster than the ibis. will never stay there again very poor all round

The food was absolutely fabulous, cooked to perfection! Service was brilliant! Front of house staff excellent tended to all our needs efficiently within a professional manner! Found some chambermaids very unsociable, spoke within their native tongue, did not address us as customers within our own first language of English, when we greeted them in the lift with good afternoon! When I have traveled to other Eastern European countries I have had the decency to greet native people with their first language!
