Score from 343 reviews Very good
car park small
Great bed, room, bathroom and very clean.
I enjoyed my stay and service was great.
The room heating facility was poor. I recommend a change
Close to train station and the room although basic was clean and more than catered for our needs as we didn't spend too much time there. The staff were efficient and polite.
Having to pay to store bags
Excellent room, very quiet, even though it faced the main road, 2 mins from the railway station
Parking close to entrance
unfriendly personnel, unbelievably slow internet, poorly equipped showers (just toilet paper not even soap provided)
clean and quiet
Washbasin Drain jammed Beds were not arranged for 2nd night No Air Conditioning System.Only heater facility.had to open windows and sleep through traffic noise
Good location. It was what was needed.
There was a very stale musty smell in the room possibly from dirty cloths used to wipes down the surfaces, clean the bath room etc
The staff was amazing even though they were busy they were very kind and took the time to help us which was greatly appreciated.
Great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast
very good hotel for every thing espially staff of reception
elevator proplem in 1 st day only
The staff gave us a nice welcome on arrival and did their best to assist in the car park. Room was functional and clean and a very good standard bathroom. If travelling by train, this hotel is an ideal location near to city centre and station.
No good signs to the hotel in the town. Car park difficult to find and even more difficult to find a space big enough to get into. I
The comfortable beds, location and polite staff who were only too happy to assist. The shower was good too with enough pressure unlike some hotels.
The lift was not working and we were on the fourth floor and was travelling with a disabled person. Room change was offered but that would still mean going up to pack and coming back down which didn't make sense as we were there for only a night. Also not enough parking and a it is a struggle to manoeuvre the car even if you do find a parking spot. Only about 5/6 spaces. The wifi was very slow too.
Close to City Centre and railway station
facilities were good and definitely value for money.
the window was not really sealed and it is indeed near busy road and a train station. Staff responded to our queries poorly with attitudes and while halfway processing our check-out went talking to a builder and left us standing there until we explained that we were in a hurry for the train.
Not enought equipment, not enough service.
Location brilliant, 2mins walk from train station. Comfy bed, spotless room, fab shower with unlimited hot water. Friendly, helpful & approachable staff. Third time there, great value for money, will definitely be staying there again!
Loved the breakfast, clean rooms and the staff were very helpful.
Location not great as nothing convenient near by, limited parking and intercom not working in the evening.
Difficult to find. Hard to find place to park.
The rooms were very clean and tidy, All the staff were friendly and helpful. And the hotel its self is only a couple of mins walk from the city centre.
not a lot of space in the room, Once you've got bags and shoes on the floor there wasnt much space to move around, but fine if your travelling light.
This hotel is just a few hundred yards from the train station which was excellent for us. The staff were welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast was not so good; the scrambled eggs were dried eggs that had been soaked in milk. The bacon was very salty. But the cleanliness was outstanding and there was plenty of choice for everything. i probably would look to have breakfast somewhere else next time as £80 booking for reconstituted eggs was steep.
Very clean staff nice
When I arrive I decided to pay in advance for my 2 week stay just in case lost my wallet or something unforseen happening. After a short stay I had an opportunity to stay in London I went to the front desk to inform them that I would be checking out was told no problem however there was no money and I had to wait a couple days for the manager who had the key to the safe. What? I paid in cash and paid a lot of money never heard if a hotel doing that which then lost my opportunity and had to stay in Leciester
