Just off of the A46 road, south of the city of Lincoln and with good access to the area’s major roads, the hotel features free parking and comfortable rooms at well-priced rates. The Ibis Hotel Lincoln is only a 15-minute drive from Lincoln Castle, Lincoln Cathedral and the historic Steep Hill district. The hotel is also in a great location for visiting Lincoln’s famous Christmas Market and the antiques fairs of Swinderby and Newark. All of the modern and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms receive plenty of natural daylight and have large working desks. Each room has a 20-inch flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies. Wired internet access is available in each room for an additional fee. Wi-Fi wireless internet access is also available. For a small additional charge, guests can use the Total Fitness gym, just a 2-minute walk away, which also has a large swimming pool. The staff were very helpful, the beer was well- kept and cheap, the beds were extremely comfortable, the rooms were clean, tidy and a decent size. As my motorcycle was in the back of my van, I was a bit nervous leaving it overnight in the dimly lit car park. I thought the breakfast was expensive and not very nice.

Excellent budget hotel, spotless throughout. Large room with a very comfortable bed and roomy shower and toilet facilities.Staff were friendly and helpful.I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Nothing.

Pet friendly. Very comfortable beds! Good breakfast leaking toilet and taps caused wet floor in bathroom. When I asked to be moved the response was initially not helpful and the staff acted like it was no big deal to have to move out of a room that I had settled in for a 3 day stay. Finally had to take all my luggage out for the day and then return that night to settle in to new room.

very new and location good for me Internet cost 9 euro for 24 hours. Only needed 30 minutes. terribly expensive and took nearly 30 minutes to log on. Breakfast very expensive. cold plates, cold bacon and scrambled egg. Had B , fast at 7am so should have not been like that.

Usual good Ibis features comfortable bed/pillow, good sized room, friendly staff, excellent value for money. Restaurant left a bit to be desired. On the evening 23/4 ue. Tables were left uncleared and cleared tables had soiled tablecloths. Menu favourites were not available sold out and reason given 'menu changes 1/5 and were not allowed to reorder' ?? Bar was short some of the drinks. I had an upset tummy the next morning after the curry (thought reason may be reheated too often sauce/food possibly)
