The room was freezing because the heater did not work (heater/ac unit in the room). The Ibis advertised a "15 minute response or you can stay as our guest". After we reported that the heating did not work someone came to the room after about 20 minutes and agreed that the heater did not work and that we would probably have to change rooms. After about 45 minutes someone came and started repairs on the heater. It was too cold to stay in the room so we went outside for a walk and to warm up, when we returned a couple of hours later the heater was working. On checking out we spoke to reception about the none working heater, we were advised that the '15 minute response' meant someone would 'look' at the problem it did not mean it would resolved Other than the above the hotel room was basic but ok. I would recommend the hotel because it was clean and it was a good price. |

Good location The bar/restaurant shares its space with the reception so no feeling of privacy or comfort. Had a McDonalds feel, over bright and a bit on the plastic side. |

Excellent location, right by Liverpool 1, and opposite Albert Dock. Friendly staff were very helpful. Cheap parking on site. I had read bad reviews about the breakfasts on here, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a really good breakfast buffet - maybe they have improved the breakfasts since those reviews were written cos I thought the breakfast was excellent! Would definitely use again, the hotel was nice, clean and modern, but... ...bathroom was like a virgin train toilet inside the room - water wouldnt run away & shower temperature kept randomly changing from very hot to very cold. other than that no problems. |

Close to Albert Dock. Good parking. Friendly. Felt "tired" and reception facilities and catering space a bit too utilitarian |

The location was great, for a basic hotel. The breakfast was dreadful, not value for money it was advertised as a full english breakfast but only 4 items on offer, and it looked like they had been sat on a hot plate for ages, not fresh. |

Location was excellent, minutes from the Albert Docks and Liverpool 1 shopping as well as convinient for Liverpool and Everton Football Clubs. I stayed for 1 night and booked 2 rooms which were both paid for on checking out, however on returning and checking my bank statement the hotel have charged me for an additional room. |

The room was adequate for our purpose and very close to the shops and Liverpool One. Would stay there again. Breakfast wasn't up to much for the price of it. |

Thought the hotel was lovely, great value for money. Especially liked how food was 24 hours and the closeness to all the shops. Rooms being non smoking. Also one of the staff behind the bar called my friends and I alcoholics which I thought was very rude and unacceptable. Although this happened this wouldn't stop me staying again, I will always stay in this hotel every time I come to Liverpool now which is about 4-5 times a year. |
