Cleanliness good, freshness great (newly completely refurbished), friendly staff in reception.
Cleaning staff disturbing me even when I had the Do Not Disturb-sign hanging on the door knob, even unlocking my door and entering(!) one second after knocking although I responded with Hang On!... Not good! Poor English speaking skills on staff.
The reception is big, cozy and very well decorated. The hotel is close to the station.
The free internet is reaaaally bad.
I asked for and got a quiet room.
Cleanliness, friendly stuff, nice interior
Streetside room is little bit noisy
The hotel was perfect for a base if exploring this part of the city. The rooms were nor huge but they were clean, designed well and quiet. We used the bar, the prices were fair and comfortable seating area which again was designed well.
Excellent location, Modern design, great restaurant, I was plesantly surprised how awsome the hotel was great value or money.
clean and comfortable - at a tube station - good restaurant and buffet breakfast - friendly staff - good shower
Nice Hotel & top location.
In the heart of the city. 2 minutes from the tube stop. Staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are small but clean, feels sleek and modern. But the best: always a good price, especially for location!
strange tiny elevators. but this is kind of unimportant.
Modern Comfortable Good Food Location Value for money
Didnt empty bin Brekfast medicore
Staff were beyond rude, everytime we went to the front desk there was a problem. I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone
The location is good. The room really clean and the bed very comfortable.
The Wifi connection was bad. Couldn't get it at all.
Great that it had a lift. Close to underground.
Didn't think restaurant was anything much. No safe.
very modern and chic décor trendy friendly staff
getting there by car was weird - but that's London
Very convenient place, close to public transportation, supermarket, restaurants. Elevator provided.
After I had checkout I was trying to ask whether my plug adapter is still attached to the socket or not, but the staff was less helpful and didn't eager to check.
Not include breakfast automatically.
Everything was perfect!
It was like a tardis -with a hermetically sealed shower room. GREAT bed - extremely good night's sleep. We had a room off the road. Biggest room for the price I've had in London. In spite of not wanting our room cleaned, new towels were hung on the door upon our return. Close to Spittlefield Market and other East End delights. Good food in the vicinity.
Great location,friendly staff,and very clean.
Couldn't get wi fi to work. It would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price.
Room, staff and food were excellent, thankyou
Friendly, accommodating staff. Modern decor. Very clean. Tasty breakfast. Ability to leave luggage at hotel after check out (no charge). Quiet room (ask for inner room).
Hand towels needed. On questionnaire, there is no option for family members travelling together (we were a mother/daughter group).
The good thing about the hotel is that it is very close to Aldgate East. The price was reasonable at £90 and the rooms were very clean. Tesco Express a 5 min walk.
The check in is always very slow, taking 30 minutes in this occasion (Thursday 21st August) and than the keycards weren't working which resulted in me making 2 trips to reception with heavy luggage. They only ever see to have 2 members on staff at reception which is probably why there are always long queues. The weirdest thing happened, when I was checking in a random member of staff approached me and told me someone and phoned her and informed her I and dropped something outside the hotel, and asked if I had everything with me. I found this really weird, because I hadn't dropped anything at all.
Great decor. Modern and fresh.
Price of breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff and great value for the money.
No in room safe and no fridge.
