大ホテルチェーンのよいところはある程度どんな感じか想像がつくところだと思います。ここもまさにそうです- が、質の低いホテルから移動したので、部屋も広くて暖房もきちんと調節できるあたりまえのことが無性にうれ- しかったです。 フロントの女性は暗算が出来ないのに電卓も使わずにお釣りを渡そうとし、あやうく１０ポンド少なくもらうと- ころでした。タクシーを呼んでもらいましたが、契約している定額の車でその旨の説明もなく、比較的近い目的- 地だったのでかなり高くつきました。いずれもこちらがきちんとしていればよいことなので、特に問題にするほ- どではありませんが。。 |

It was very close to the metro. It was very clean and modern. Tea and coffee making in the room was nice. Best part was being able to store luggage on day of departure. The hotel staff were often very busy and long lines for check in check out however it was still efficient. |

Comfort of the bed, clean + modern bathroom, good value buffet breakfast. Also good location for Liverpool Street train station and other tube lines! as I modified my reservation at the last minute I ended up paying a higher rate for the last night than already foreseen. |

Reception staff were very friendly, very clean, comfortable room. Kept our luggage on day of checking out allowing us to go shopping before catching our flight. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone for a most enjoyable stay in london. |

the hotel was clean. the staff were ok, it was close to the tube stationand the shower room was very pleasant the bed was very uncomforable, there was not enough pillows, there was no hairdrier in the room, the reception staff thought it was ok to deal with a non urgent matter midway through my check in, reception staff called my room late at night to check if I was there it make me feel uncomfortable during my stay, |

the ibis hotel has unusual qualities even if it has been classed as 2 star hotel. The rooms are well equipped with interactive television and a confortable bed. It is conveniently located close to Liverpool Station and easy reachable by public transport. The Aldgate East Station is right in front of the hotel. It has also a great typical English breakfast. National newspapers are available in the lobby every morning. It is a tourist class hotel ideal for travellers. |

The staff was eager to make my stay a good one. The room was small yet adequate. This hotel is located near Brick Lane which is popular in the evenings. It's significantly more expensive than a hostel, but it's cheaper than other nearby hotels. |

Very nice room, good bathroom with very big cabin for the shower, very helpful staff - when I needed to print out some pages they did it though they were not obliged to do it. After 5 days of my stay I got a bill which I had to pay though I did not leave the hotel that day, unfortunately the price for room in the bill was larger than the price quoted by booking.com. The hotel staff corrected the price but anyway there was bad impression from that case. |
