Comfy bed shower.
Lorries revving and unloading every 5 mins throughout night. How you have the audacity to expect anyone to sleep under such conditions and state your rooms are sound proof . I might as well have slept on the platform of the tube. No attempt to provide requested dietary reqirement which can be obtained by any shop.
Hotel is fairly basic but for the money we paid, the room was clean and comfortable and we considered good value
It was totally worth it staying there and would want to repeat my stay again in my next travels to London
Easy to book, friendly welcome, New bedding.
Room was clean, tidy.
In the toilet there was no toilet paper, after long trip I had to look for member of staff and ask if someone could give me toilet paper. That was the only thing I wasn't impressed with.
Rooms good size for London. Nice and clean, good budget hotel. Blackout curtains were really good. Only around a 5-10 min walk from Stratford station so good location.
Wasn't a car park really near, you have to park at the Westfield and it is around a 15-20 min walk if you had a lot of luggage it might be a bit too far.
A clean & comfortable stay, value for money!
Some staff had poor communication skills
Good location for the Prudential Ride 100 Bike event. Was very helpful being able to keep my bicycle in my room.
The back of the hotel overlooks a delivery and rubbish collection yard. It could be noisy late at night.
Very close to transport facilities at Stratford. Easy access for the Stansted Express and to central London. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing much, but prices for fairly basic hotels in London are high.
location neighbourhood close to underground stratford station
friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed.
A bit of a walk to the subway station.
Great shopping experience. Stratford brings together the best of the old and the new.
Staff are courteous and very friendly. It was a comfortable stay. Everything was walking distance.
The air con couldn't go cold enough, room is really stuffy with very "safe" windows that didn't open by much. Hardly slept a wink
friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed, free wifi, very flexible about changing length of stay, excellent shower
not too keen on the location; breakfast a bit basic
Enjoyed a very comfortable stay and very polite and friendly
Friendly staff Simple Small hotel, lifts, corridors rooms. All a matter of options and likes. Was a typical "budget" stay!
No on site parking (matter of choice). Lots of noisy emergency service vehicles passing through the night.
No promise and no frills. So no false expectations. Close to mall and subway
Breakfast. Absolutely horrible especially when it costs 8 GBP. Eggs were powdered, not much other options.
Facilities within the rooms
Great location within short walking distance from bus and tube stations with easy connections to Stansted and London. Big, comfortable and very clean room. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast selection. Would definitely stay there again.
Location, lift, bed, staff
Noise until 2 a.m. from some kind of loading/unloading, nowhere to put soap etc. in shower, and toilet roll almost inaccessible for me - probably fine for most people, however.
The room wasn't cleaned we left a cup of tea when we left in the morning and when we came back the bed had been made but the cup of tea was still there the shower gel ran out on day one and wasn't replaced just not what we expected, we will not be returning to the Ibis Stratford we may try the Holiday Inn.
Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially good for a single female traveller as made me instantly feel safe. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and well made up on check in.
My room wasn't cleaned in the days between check in and check out...fresh towels were left hanging on door handle but no-one returned to empty/change bins, remove dirty crockery from dinner or replenish complimentary teas, coffees etc. Also, would have been helpful if the tv could be seen from the desk! When eating my dinner it would have been good to be able to see what was happening in the programme instead of only being able to listen!!
