Fast check in Friendly staff Good food Clean rooms Great location for Olympic park
Very comfy bed
Location, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable bed, wifi
Carpets starting to show signs of wear in corridors, no secure car parking on site
I liked the way in which the staff interacted with the hotel customers. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
Very good hotel everything's nearest and good staff I recomonded ibis hotel
Great reception area and the staff were lovely and accommodating. Would use again if in the area.
Loading bay 2morrison is behind hotel was pretty noisey in the morning. This is a very minor point on an excellant stay
As always its a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Great value for money, spotlessly clean rooms and friendly staff. Within walking distance of Stafford Tube Station and the huge Westfield shopping centre .
the location was great not far from Westfield shopping centre also the Nando's next door was very convenient
no parking and not much help in finding a space, ended up at the multi storey at the Stratford shopping centre. Bathrooms - very caravan like! cheap plastic and very small
Comfy bed shower.
Lorries revving and unloading every 5 mins throughout night. How you have the audacity to expect anyone to sleep under such conditions and state your rooms are sound proof . I might as well have slept on the platform of the tube. No attempt to provide requested dietary reqirement which can be obtained by any shop.
Hotel is fairly basic but for the money we paid, the room was clean and comfortable and we considered good value
It was totally worth it staying there and would want to repeat my stay again in my next travels to London
Easy to book, friendly welcome, New bedding.
Room was clean, tidy.
In the toilet there was no toilet paper, after long trip I had to look for member of staff and ask if someone could give me toilet paper. That was the only thing I wasn't impressed with.
Rooms good size for London. Nice and clean, good budget hotel. Blackout curtains were really good. Only around a 5-10 min walk from Stratford station so good location.
Wasn't a car park really near, you have to park at the Westfield and it is around a 15-20 min walk if you had a lot of luggage it might be a bit too far.
A clean & comfortable stay, value for money!
Some staff had poor communication skills
Good location for the Prudential Ride 100 Bike event. Was very helpful being able to keep my bicycle in my room.
The back of the hotel overlooks a delivery and rubbish collection yard. It could be noisy late at night.
Close to amenities such as Westfield's, Stratford Centre, restaurants and the tube is a quick 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly.
It was incredibly noisy. There was a convention of men from Bangladesh who occupied all 3 floors of the hotel. They stood outside the hotel and inside the hallways talking very loudly until the wee hours of the morning. Hotel staff tried to deal with them but they continued to talk in the halls thereby leaving me to question the authority of the staff. Housekeeping staff yelling and talking loudly to each other in the hallways while guests trying to sleep. The halls are narrow, carpet is low grade with no pile, walls are cement, metal hotel doors and florescent lighting which make for an echo chamber. No tissue in the rooms, no clock in the room, no facecloths, so if you are from North America and are used to using a facecloth to wash your face or body, take your own. I requested one and was met with "What is a facecloth?" I stayed for 5 nights and bed linen was NEVER changed and bathroom was never cleaned (sink was only wiped out). All-in-one product used to wash face, body and hair. No lotion, no writing pad and no pen. I needed to record information to a fellow traveller and had to go to front desk to request a piece of paper and pen. There is no information in the lobby or hotel room on London or local attractions. If you don't plan from home you would be lost as to what is available to do, where to eat, where anything was or how to get there. There is a kettle with tea and coffee left in the room along with 2 mugs. I requested a clean mug and the housekeeper took it from me, went in to the bathroom, washed it out with her hand under cold water (no soap) and gave it back to me. Mugs were never replaced with clean ones. I paid $178.00 CAD a night for this place. Very disappointed. Will never stay here again.
extremely polite, helpful staff made checking in a pleasure. rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard.
I have no negative comments they are a credit to the ibis brand
Very close to transport facilities at Stratford. Easy access for the Stansted Express and to central London. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing much, but prices for fairly basic hotels in London are high.
location neighbourhood close to underground stratford station
friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed.
A bit of a walk to the subway station.
Great shopping experience. Stratford brings together the best of the old and the new.
Staff are courteous and very friendly. It was a comfortable stay. Everything was walking distance.
