Helpful staff, comfy bed. Despite distance being far from Central London, easy access by the national railway or bus-tube I got used to. It's obviously reflected on the accomodation rates compared to staying in Soho or Victoria. Anyway, the ladies at the front desk are always happy to help you with the right directions. Didn't go for the breakfast option, so no feedback on this.
Seemed clean, but was only in the surface. I stayed 5 nights and asked reception to change bed linen and they told me it's changed every other day. No toiletries, except for all-use liquid soap. Far from tube station, but the bus stop is down the corner and runs evry 10 min or so. 3 stops and you're at Wembley Park, then easy to get into Central London.
I liked how the the telly in the room greated us
The hotel was abit too hot
Cleanliness Friendly staff
The room Was clean and the i staff Was very sweet. A good hotel to a cheap price. Close to the station and it only Takes 15 minutes to get to the city of london.
We were very happy with our stay at the Ibis Wembley. We have already planned our next stay in London and will be staying at the Ibis.
We had to ask for more tea bags because only two provide in the room on arrival.
Good facilities inside the hotel. Friendly staff Clean room
£15 parking charge just for over night Piece of glass in my evening meal
Fantastic location, in walking distance to town area, tube and train stations and of course Wembley Stadium and the SSE arena. Good basic facilities with very helpful staff. Decent value for money.
Our bed was made every day but they only changed the sheets once in 3 days.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Not keen on breakfast
we could walk to the show and back, plenty of eating places close by
too few TV channels
Some of the bedding was dirty along with one of the walls. Disappointing.
- direct tube to the city center nearby - sleep comfort - towels, hairdryer and toiletries accessible - nice view from window on upper floor
Had to leave
Parking charges were high as "there was an event on" but as this is next to Wembley Stadium and Arena, there is probably always an event on! Felt a bit misled on this aspect.
Location excellent for arenas.
Not enough towels. Very noisy. Bathroom turned into a paddling pool every time shower was used despite using curtain. Short on usable sockets. Room could have done with a clean.
Polite staff who gave us directions to the arena, clean room, spotless shower wich was nice and large. Nice stay for decent price. We had a nice view of the city.
The environment was lovely The rooms were a good size, as well as clean and soo comfy The staff were so friendly An you just feel so at home Omg an the breakfast we so amazing!!!
There's nothing I did not like. i Absolutely loved it. Wish I could of stayed longer
clean, good bed,
a bit out of the way in relation to London downtown activities
Everything was fine and staff polite. Rooms great for a budget hotel a sound nights sleep Fantastic breakfast well worth the money
could not fault the place
The shower and tap in the WC. Sink were very dirty with soapy scum, the room was warm poorly ventilated! The whole experience was nit what i expected. It was noisy all night, the food on menu jot the best! Long story short i wouldn't get back their.
After spendin £200 for a 2 night stay we still had to pay for breakfast and there's nothing to do in the hotel apart from stayin in your room to watch tv, there needs more facility's to do during the day, plus need more than 2 tea bags& 2 sugars& 2 milks in the room, the bed was really hard& the prices for things was way to much!
Booked well in advance so got a god price
Ibis price goes up as soon as they know about Wembley events,
View to Wembley Stadium. Nice personnel, especially nice lady at breakfast. Also Half-Board offer was good for the day when I had no other dinner arrangements. And London Designer Outlet is just around the corner and opened until 9PM
Complimentary lower speed wifi and extra to be paid faster speed wifi - great idea for business, but not for the client. Think about it!!!
staff, soup, location
very slow wifi, room smelled like socks, backache from the bed. (
We booked here on price because everything near London was so expensive. Access to London was pretty easy on the train just a couple hundred meters from the hotel. The tube is a bit further away, but the walk was not too bad. There is a big 'outlet mall' next door so there were local places to eat and shop if you wanted. The hotel is right on the doorstep of Wembley stadium so if you were going to a game I image it would be ideal.
