Great Location. Room and beds were very tiny. The bathroom was like something out of a nursing home and they have obviously doubled the price of the room due to a concert being on. |

Location. Hotel was quiet given the noise outside. Check out easy but check in queues lengthy. Ok bar and drinks prices not too inflated given the event. Ibis is a functional hotel that works for Wembley. Food range pretty average and clearly all prices of rooms reflected the event. |

This hotel was ideal because we were watching a concert at Wembley Stadium and it was a 2 minute walk away - perfrect! The room was basic, but clean. |

How near it was to wembley it couldnt have been any closer Only one lift working big queues due to the concert we went to and a long walk up lots of stairs to tenth floor for my room or a 15-20 minute wait for a lift |

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. As it was one of the hottest days, the air conditioning was very welcome. The hotel was right near Wembley arena, which is the reason we were staying and so for the location, the price seemed very good. We ordered food from the bar/cafe. The staff were pretty slow and wouldn't take our order for ages, although it seemed they let everyone else place orders at the bar. When we eventually ordered, which took some time and we were starting to get concerned as we were due to see a gig at the Wembley arena, the food was pretty poor. Nice hotel room, but I wish we'd eaten elsewhere. |

The check in staff were very efficient. The room was larger than some for a London hotel. Convenient to have parking organised and close at hand. There were not enough staff on the bar at lunchtime - long waiting time. Menu wasnt great but the food we had was ok. |

convenience to wembley stadium, cleanliness of hotel The bar did not serve alcohol after 11pm so when we arrived at 11.20 ready for a drink we could not get one. Your advertising for this hotel mentions and available bar 24 hours per day. |

Nice and close to wembely stadium and transport Only 1 lift working and hotel was packed small reception area our room was basic and found the shower was broken at midnight didnt like to trouble staff but when we complained the next morning told we should have let them know sooner and if they couldent fix it we would have our money back a bit late for us to complain but a lot off money to pay for little service |

We stayed at the Ibis because we were going to a concert at Wembley Stadium. It was ideal, literally just a few minutes walk away. Would definately stay there again. |

the room was very clean and the shower was really nice.the staff were friendly.the hotel was right next to wembley stadium which was great as we were there for a concert. i had phoned a day after i booked because there was no room choice on the booking.com page and i asked the hotel for a twin room and was told it had been changed but when i got there it had not been changed and i still had a double room and was stuck with it as they were fully booked.luckily this was not much of a problem and they moved us to a cooler room as there was a heatwave and gave us an excellent view of wembley stadium. |
