Very clean & modern with comfortable rooms. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value for money and good quality with plenty of choice. Excellent location for wembly stadium and arena and surprisingly not bad for central London as good tube links at only pence extra per day with travelcard up to zone 4. 10 minute walk from tube but very well lit so felt very safe at night

The Ibis hotel room itself was fine. For us though, it was somewhat further from the Wembley tube station than advertised so was actually around 20 minute walk with luggage. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special but enough.

I was staying at the hotel because it was relatively cheap, and had to stay there a relatively long time because I was waiting to be able to move into a flat in London, having just moved here. So, I stayed at the Ibis Wembley for a relatively long time, and I think it wears thin after a while. The room was clean, and cleaned every day, and the cleaning staff were trustworthy enough not to rifle through belongings. The staff were relatively helpful (although weren't about to go an extra mile) and for the most part I was unhindered in what I was doing. Unless you are attending a sporting event, Wembley is a lot further out of London than you may realise, despite being on a tube line. The area is also fairly unsafe to walk around at night, so as a solo female, I didn't feel safe going out after dark, which at the moment is at 4:30pm. The breakfast in the hotel is fairly revolting, best to avoid, although the restaurant dinners are no too bad. The in-house internet is exorbitantly priced in a package at 10 pounds per night (I fell for it, thinking that it was 10 for the entire stay). There is, however, a local internet hotspot, and the staff are more than willing to facilitate your use of that, which is cheaper. As for the rest of the room - it all looked nice enough, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. This place is fine if you are going for an event, but I wouldn't stay longer than a couple of nights.

Staff were pleasant, room was clean. (although no tea spoon) Breakfast was the most disgusting unedible i have ever seen in my entire 12 years of staying every week at hotels around the country. It really needs sorting out, i was amazed just how bad it was.

Very close to wembley rail station 1) Wouldn't let me to see breakfast, if I hadn't paid for it first, 2) no room refridgerator, 3) no free internet, 4) toilet trash can without a cap, 5) very shabby plier adupters, 6) too few clothing hangers, 7) to few tables/surfaces to leave things on, 8) small romm, 9) I had to buy a 10 pounds telephone card in advance, in order to make phonecalls, 10) few tv channels, 11) tha room maid entered our room without knocking the door, we were inside the room! 12) had to pay for the reservation in advance.

For the price, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was modern.Their was a good view from the two windows, looking out over the Wembley Stadium Station area. Kettle, tea and coffee was provided. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All round we enjoyed our stay and did not mind making the 60 minute bus trip into central London, for the three days. At the time of our stay workmen, working on the railway station upgrade made a slight bit of noise during the night because our room overlooked the Wembley Stadium Station

First of all my son and I went to Ibis hotel in London because of visiting Wembley Stadium and centre of town London. Ibis hotel is very close to Stadium and this is excellent. Breakfast it is little bit more expensive than we expect to be, but it was very good. It is easy to find hotel from tube statiton /Wembley Central/, but by the night, after 9 p.m. was not good feeling walking in this district to the hotel. It is clean hotel. We will come back.

Excellent value for money. A proper hotel with all the facilities available, room was quite big with desk and storage space. Clean and modern layout with a nice bathroom. Parking is free on roads nearby (5mins walk) and Wembley stadium is on the doorstep. Plenty of places to eat nearby or the hotel has its own snack bar. Breakfast is not included (£7.50 pp), parking is not available on site. Internet access is not free however can be used for a nominal charge.

Absolutely nothing. I have already sent a letter of complaint with regard to this booking on Sunday 7th August and nobody has yet had the courtesy to respond. Everything: the front desk staff, rooms and location were appalling for such an expensive rate for what is supposed to be a budget hotel.
