It's convenient location in regard to airport An extra pillow would have been nice, and also extra towel for bathroom. |

Very close to the airport and It's very conveniet if you are flying early in the morning. Really strong smoke smell in the room despite we asked for a non smoking room. |

well connected to the terminal thanks to airport shuttle. I missed my flight the next day and duty manager called the airline to book me on the next one immediately. restaurant and bar are popular with airport people. |

Easy to find and close to airport. I had a twin room - the edges of the bed were sharp and lacked padding. It hurt when I banged them with my shin walking past them. |

The situationof the hotel is ideal for the airport. The staff were most helpfull, the food was basic but good, the price was reasonable and the hotel was above average for cleanliness. |

Reception is geared to the timings and needs of travellers using Luton airport. They were polite but rather off-hand. The smell in the first room was dreadfull, and the lights fused as we entered the room. However the staff were extremely quick to re-allocate a room. The windows are difficult to open and so the room was musty. The plumbing was very poor - taps didn't work well at all (had to use the shower for drinking water. There was no shower curtain, The bathroom didn't feel very clean. |

I found the bathroom bright and clean We arrived in to check-in to the hotel at 11:30 pm. The person at the desk had just walked away to serve at the bar as we walked in and we waited for 10 minutes before we were looked after. More staff would have been ideal as the bar was very busy and we just wanted to get to our room after our flight in. |
