Flooded bathroom after shower Bad wifi
No bath or iron in room
This hotel is perfect for a few nights at the city. Good location, clean and value for money. But if you are looking for a nice and long stay this is not the place. Overall very good.
Very central...clean,secure and convienient...wifi good, breakfast looked fresh and plentiful...all staff jolly, smiling and helpful!
Street noise...kettle! (Old)
Central Low cost Clean
Wifi was very slow and impossible to work with Tired Uncomfortable beds
Very good location clean.
Not enough tea coffee etc Had to ask reception for refills often. Smell from kitchen coming into room.
Friendly staff Good location Good value
Room smelt a little musky
courtious staff,clean rooms.
Definitely amazing value for money, feel that is underlooked but is just as great as PremierInn or one of the big hotel giants! Rooms are fresh, cosy, with soft lighting and comfortable, feel slightly like a uni dorm room! Perfect for business trips and leisure trips. Rooms were spotless and beds incredibly comfy! Staff very friendly and helpful, great friendly feel to hotel.
Spooky incident of toilet flushing randomly in middle of night. Apart from hotel 'ghost' in bathroom, some noise from traffic outside, but still enjoyed best nights sleep.
location, room, reception service
wifi in the room which is bad.
Purpose of the stay was for an event at the Phones 4 U arena so the hotel was carefully chosen for its location and offered excellence links from the airport, shopping and the arena making it a great choice for our weekend in Manchester and the staff gave this international chain of hotels a small, friendly, B&B type feel with their helpfulness.
No major negatives at all, small rooms, but clean and had all amenities needed.
Staff were very nice & helpful !!! x
Having stayed in an ibis hotel before I expected great quality and wasn't disappointed. Extremely comfy bed, excellent shower and all-round lovely room to be in. Great city centre location, conveniently located for our places of interest: around the corner from Manchester Art Gallery and a short walk from Albert Hall where we were going to a gig. Only there for one night but a great stay, and appreciated tea and coffee in the room!
My only gripe was the corridors and room where not as well-finished as the beautiful lobby area, with a smell of bleach greeting us, but nothing major.
helpful staff, value for money breakfast, nice sized room
Helpful staff, close to city center
Noise of huge air condotioner outside and next to our window
Great location and good value, very clean and was exactly what we wanted
The window in our room didn't seem to shut properly so the noise was a little louder than we would have liked but that's it really
Location & room was clean &very comfortable.
Very well positioned, walking distance from the city centre and all public transportation.
Could use more than 2 towels in a double room
The shower is brilliant
They can see u accross the road so i had to keep the blind shut..not enough milk in room.. Need a new carpet /
Know what to expect, never fails! Staff friendly and welcoming and very happy to supply additional tea/milk etc. Excellent soundproofing between rooms and double glazing muffles Street noise. Within walking distance of key places to visit and transport links (train, tram etc)
I requested disabled facilities and was not disappointed :)
The staffs are very helpful.
Very practical for business or leisure stop over
Location and staff.staff member called Damien 10 outa 10.
Most hotels free wi -fi. Bar very expensive compared to Britannia few doors down the road an no comfortable seating to wait on friends or have a drink in reception. But still would recommend it
