The staff at the Ibis Northampton work as a great friendly intimate team who delivered a really nice stay for us. In particular, Sharon, the general manager, was very alive to all her guests needs. We had a small issue which she dealt with professionally and without hesitation. Well done Sharon and the Ibis team.
