the guy at the reception was absolutely fabulous! continuous smile on his face and very accommodating, willing to help out, etc...

soooo much noise Friday night - late into the night - people coming back from their evening out and literally screaming their heads off (drunk as a skunk!) wouldn't stay for weekends another time....

Loved the bathroom. really modern. room very clean. I liked the fact that you could get a drink or food any time of the day or night. the staff were very curteous. I would definately book again.

A shame that there were a few roudy groups on a stag night. But you could put up with it for a night.

The staff were really freindly and helpful.

The lifts, one was broke so made getting to the rooms a little bit longer than normal.

Size of room and bathroom

Room was far too hot and was told by reception that the air con wouldn't work as it wasn't warm enough outside. Asked for a fan but none was available. Had 2 hours sleep

Good location for shopping and everything else food and going out etc.

The room has a very strange smell when I approached staff they said it didn't smell and didn't do anything about it.

pontential to have noisy guests, arriving in late We had a very disturbed night. We complained at time and next day but were reimbursed. Premier Inns place lots of reminders throughout their buildings for people to be quiet

I loved the room: the size, the views, the layout, the wonderful comfortable bed. Beautifully clean shower room. Liked the roominess of the shower itself too. The temperature in the room was just right and I felt very at home there.

The set price for breakfast was too high. I would rather pay for what I eat. Also the price for wi-fi (although I do acknowledge that it gives us choice and can keep costs down). I would have liked more TV channels (eg BBC 3 and 4 especially)

WIFI had to be free, this is standard almost in every accomodation.

The staff were friendly and helpfull. Room request was guaranteed. Location and view was excellent.

The towels in the room were dirty and had to get clean ones. Beds were a but uncomfortable. Apart from that good location and staff friendly and helpful.

I stay in this ibis regularly and it is always perfect and just what I need to have a quiet and comfortable stay between long working days.

booked double room when i got there they had allocated a twin room, said they had emailed us advising but couldn't provide a copy. Got very defensive no apology. Eventually got double room then got to room and lock had not been activated. Clock at town hall starts chiming 8am then every half hour incredibly annoying. Noice outside hotel until 8am Sunday. Booked alarm call for Sunday didn't happen
