Location. The bed was comfy. I booked a twin room as I was meeting a fellow student and we were sharing a room. The twin beds were put together like a double - although they did have separate bedding. The wardrobe was an utter joke and not really worth having and the bathroom was so tiny it was uncomfortable.

Everything went very well. It would be useful to have more than 2 average sized towels in a room for 2 people. I know that you can ask but it is too inconvenient once you are in the shower!

Very comfortable queen size bed and most welcome after previous nights in other B&B. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Handy location. Bathroom a little on the smallish size. No fridge or ironing board in room.

i like the rooms they are big enough for two and the en-suite facilities are both well kept and the room has all the main facilities that u would look for ie tv, phone, wi-fi. maybe the en-suite could be perhaps a little larger as the toilet is pushed up in to the corner then the sink and showers crammed in the corner

Glad I only stayed for one night, this hotel is ideal for the business traveller who only needs a modicom of comfort,[bathroom very small] also, the breakfast was lukewarm, and the plates were cold.

Reception and location were good. The rooms were small and for the same price we could have had a larger and nicer hotel in the town. We left the booking too late and our preferred hotels were already full. We also had a major problem with drunk and noisy tenants around midnight. We called the receptionist and they did their best to sort out the problem. We had to call them again later and I think they evicted the tenants as it went quiet from 12:30 onwards. Not a pleasant experience but the staff did their best to resolve our concerns. I thought it would have been helpful if they had called us back and apologised or offered a courtesy breakfast or something. If they had done that we may have decided to return another time. This wasn't offered even though we discussed it at length with the receptionist in the morning.

The staff tried hard and it was very clean and everything worked. Good beds - much better than most budget hotels. Central location. Noise at night from other guests, very small room, poor food at dinner. Curry ghastly, peas like bullets, chips indifferent - very poor cookery standard, even given the limited menu. Ugly thick chunky crockery.
