Excellent budget hotel staff very friendly and helpful *****

Staff bursting into your room very late at night without knocking 'to check you were o.k'

clean comfortable rooms efficient staff good food both at evening meal and breakfast very close to motorway which is why we chose it to break up a long journey good value for money would stay again

Staff were particularly good. Waitresses were delightful and reception ex! So helpful getting my Wifi to work.

I liked the fact that we could take our dogs with us and the charge for them was reasonable

a bit to close to industrial estate,little noisy with a humming noise a bit annoying. a bit scarce on hot drinks supplies.

Beds were comfortable. V. quiet room

No drinking water in the room, no tissues, soap was spare and only a towel each, no hand towels at all.

We used the hotel to break up our journey and did not arrive until late evening. the staff were extremely helpful and although the restaurant had closed they managed to make a warm snack for us.

Lack of internet access to use laptop. Use of television to go on line was a waste of £10

Isolated location in an industrial site. People tended to hang around outside the entrance to smoke, which was annoying as a non smoker having to fight your way through a haze of cigarette smoke. Added to that we were allocated room 001 which was right by the same entrance and so we had a double dose of smoke and loud taking way into the early hours.

The staff and room were fine

The breakfast was a bit of a hit and miss staff were unable to keep the food flowing and guest were waiting which meant some of the food was cold.

The rough ground at the front of the hotel would be nicer lawned/planted.

Finding it! A nightmare! If I'd been on my own I would have been in tears and given up. DIRFT has so many sections - East,West,Central - that saying follow sign to DIRFT wasn't enough. Lack of clear instructions regarding location if coming from Rugby. Would have liked to see signposts for the hotel

It was the right location for us since we had a party to attend in Crick. Excellent value for money. Breakfast also good value. Nice and quiet.
