Room was very comfortable and clean
Lots of people hanging around out side the main entrance smoking. reception staff very poor English hard to understand.
Great place to stay, warm welcome, clean rooms, free wifi, handy for motorway.
Can stay in much better quality hotels for the same price. Way too expensive.
The food. Friendly and helpful staff.
Two nights hardly sleeping despite changing room three times.
It was a perfect location for my needs, hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and attentive, I'll be back.
Comfort and peace
Que at check in
One thing that wasn't good about our stay was the fact that we were unable to get any cold water into our room. Regardless of the fact that the cold tap was left flushing for 5+ minutes water was still coming out at 20+ degrees. Not only is this un potable, and not nice to brush your teeth with, it is also a potential Legionella and bacterial problem.
The location was excellent, the room was good value.
The hotel had very few guests yet we were allocated a room that overlooked the m1 and was noisy, also the heating system was programmed to only come on in the morning was cold for the snowy conditions
Staff made us welcome and our room was first class. Very much more than we had thought it would be. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable. Lovely breakfast to start the day. The location was great for us, but for anyone traveling south on the motorway, this would be an ideal and very comfortable place to break your journey. With Family now living in the area we will definitely use this hotel again.
Staff are extremely accommodation, which is surprising for a 'budget' hotel.
Noise from busy roads.
Cos I'm a bit of an idiot I managed to book the wrong weekend! But even though I had booked it through booking.com and not ibis direct, the staff were more than helpful in transferring my booking fates. My girlfriend will find this funny for a while yet!
Location to civilization, well, Rugby town centre
continental breakfast bathroom shower & comfortable bed
dirty carpet my dog kennel is cleaner did not know till arrival of £10 charge for pets despite ringing in advance poor quality bath towels
Very friendly helpful staff. Clean and tidy with everything you need for a stop over
food was terrible
Good rate for room
No record of reservation - then tried to charge double the rate agreed with booking.com - fortunately I had my reservation print out with me !
beds were comfortable and rooms were soundproof
small lobby , small restaurant, oncirrect number of beds in our room, very long wait for food, lack of atmosphere, small bar
Excellent service from the staff, so helpful tried to direct us to the hotel but I was confused with all the roundabouts then a member of staff came and found us 10/10 for this, had the best night's sleep in a hotel bed and peaceful. will be going back.
getting lost on the Industrial Estate, would recommend the Hotel have sign posts.
Convenience, off motorway, fastish check in
Surly staff, acted like they were doimng me a favour. She then didn't place my meal order, had to come down for it. One member of staff was making an effort and brought the dinner tray up to compensate-credit to him. When I got it they had charged for a salsd which consisted of one tomatoe, 2 slices of cucumber and dead lettuce-rank! The room apperaed clean but on closer look revealed dirty soap/shower gel dispensers, drip marks everywhere, dirty/dusty behind the 'new' pillow mattress. It felt un clean, despoite being a quite new looking modern hotel.
location close to M1 , easy to find plenty of parking comfortable area to meet friends in restaurant area plenty of tv channels
carpet in room old and tired room felt unclean bed doesnt have fitted sheet windows dont keep out traffic noise was told coffee machine was not complimentary yet others were helping themselves , no explanation given
The Hotel was clean and the staff helpful.
I requested an upper storey room and was on the ground.
Friendliness of staff; size of room; free wifi; food; value for money;
The bottom sheet on my bed was too small and consequently rucked up very badly - this made sleep uncomfortable and I had two nights of poor sleep. What is needed is a sufficiently large sheet for it to be tucked in! Also there is a policy of not changing towels if they are left hanging on the towel rail, but mine were changed - very frustrating!
Arrived late the first night staff very pleasant. room was very clean and a very comfortable bed with nice bedding. The room had everything required the free wifi was a nice surprise
The lift was working but extremely slow
it was clean...
you have disabled parking, but being disabled I was unable to park there, workmen in vans, posh cars, all parked in disabled parking outside the hotel, not one with a badge, we complained inside, and had to wait for staff to move her car, yet the next day it was back in the same place, staff extremely unhelpful with this problem, you make your disabled customers walk across the car park, while your able bodied staff and customers park right outside, i do not think we will be back again, I will leave disabled parking for the able bodied, they obviously need it more than me.
No biscuits in the room.
