Location which was very noisy due to being near the motorway and it is called the Ibis Rugby but is a long way from Rugby. |

Generally just liked it. Value for money Breakfast was very small for over £6. For £2 in Asda you get much more. |

Friendly, helpful staff and everything was clean. Good location and value for money. Room facilities were good. Internet expensive as more and more hotels are offering this service free. Films are expensive so if I want to watch a film I just buy a DVD and watch it on my computer or download it to my iphone. A much cheaper option. I can't think of many hotel clients would want to watch all day TV. Why not just price for pay per film and make it a comparison to a DVD hire? |

Good value Washbasin hot water tap faulty, used with difficulty. The service engineer said that they would replace the tap unable to fix it that evening. |

The hotel was convenient to Rugby city centre. It was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. The cooked breakfast was dreadful. It had obviously been standing around for a while and was barely warm. Half the dishes were on scrapings in the bottom and one of our party waited until the rest of us had finished before they were topped up - which we had to ask for. We had to ask for plates and cutlery as they ran out. The table next to us I noticed left nearly everything on their plates also. This breakfast was £7!! We only paid for 1 breakfast instead of 2. |

The staff were very friendly,especially the receptionist who greeted us on arrival. The room was very clean and spacious. It was easy to find and only a short distance from the motorway. It was reasonably priced. The hotel was very busy for breakfast and the staff did not fill up the dishes very quickly. This meant queues formed as people waited for cutlery, orange juice, cups etc. Perhaps there were not enough staff on? |
