Close to station, clean, fairly quiet, staff obliging, selection of items at breakfast, bed comfy
No bin in room (only in toilet), quite limited drinks choice in room
Heating did not work Breakfast was poor with only cold plates and they ran out of most items
Location, choice of breakfast, very good.
Cafe ran out of many food items.
Location to local amenities
Unable to obtain a full menu on Sunday night.
Good location from train station and mayflower cruise terminal
All was good really
Food menu and breakfast choice
Clean, warm, excellent for town and port for cruising, just don't agree with paying to park
Paying to park
The proximity to the docks.
The smell of anti-bacterial cleaning liquids after making the room was overwhelming. Otherwise, everything this hotel offered was excellent.
Convenient for cruise terminal. Easy to find.
Noisy at night, revellers at fast food outlets nearby making a lot of noise until the early hours.
Twin bed that you would have difficulty in inserting a sheet of paper between. Never again!!!!
3 nights away from home on business and the room was great, good sleep and generally quiet. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus and helped me update my work, especially liked the fact that as a business man I wasn't confronted with questionable late night tv but still had plenty of good channels available. Location was excellent for the train station and city centre
Could do with plugs near to the bed for mobile phone and computer charging, I've resorted to taking my own extension lead when I travel.
The location for access to passenger terminal and western docks
The actual view from the hotel and immediate surroundings.
Perfect for pre-cruise passengers Great location for the cruise terminals & the city..clean hotel, friendly staff, nice decor... Breakfast optional .
Having to pay for car parking.. Breakfast optional.... All these extra's add up.
Bathroom very tired. No hand towels.
The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel is the location.
Had a twin room booked, very small & found the bed very uncomfortable. Cleaning staff tried to enter the room at 10:30 even though check out wasn't till 12. Breakfast was buffet which I usually find is great to have in a hotel but on both mornings the bread was stale & there was a shortage of glasses for the juice.
The welcoming staff ..lady was not that good ....we had no hello welcome to the ibis hotel can I help you ...we had to say to her that we are booking in .But the man that signed us out was good
The tea facilities in the room were not good quality, just all smaller than was comfortable
Nice staff, good location
Costs cut on silly things like plastic spoon and not putting a bin in the room. Spoils a nice place
Location, efficiency, excellent breakfast. Having said all that, my stay was relatively short - from 2.30am until I checked out at 10am the same day.
As I apparently booked through an intermediary I did not qualify for A Club points
The hotel is so convenient for the docks, we were staying there because we had a cruise booked and it was great to see the ship in the harbour when we woke and it was such a short walk to the terminal from the hotel.
Have to pay for wifi
Everything was great with hotel and location. I used hotel for commuting to London airport.
