The bed was comfortable, the Wi-fi was strong.
Location isn't the best.

The greeting - made to feel important and made check-in a joy! The bar and restaurant - professional, timely, smiling and made me feel welcome! The receptionist remembered me - aleays a bonus considering the huge amount of people she sees.
Nothing - all good - a great experience for a weary traveller :)
The room was clean and the priory pub over the road was great for good beer and bar meals
The fact that even though I just wanted a coffee and a slice of toast for breakfast it still cost the same as if I had had a full English - £8.50. Also the carpet in the room was very worn and dirty looking which was a shame as the rest of the room was comfortable
Location was good and staff we're friendly.
Could do with better wifi.
we have stayed here before and would recommend the hotel good selection at breakfast
Really comfortable room, very attentive staff, great breakfasts. Excellent value for money
There was nothing we didn't like.
room 7 Wall near bed had staining running down it didn't look pleasant and although didn't affect the stay certainly affected our impression of cleanliness
the bed was comftable
the noise from the heating all night kept me a wake so didnt have any sleep
The bed was lovely and comfy.
Heating in the room was either on - very hot, or off - freezing.. No ability to regulate it as the heater had no thermostat. The breakfast was really awful. The scrambled egg was in soggy liquid, the bread for toasting had gone hard around the edges, and the mushrooms were so shrivelled up they were like tiny unrecognisable bullets, and totally uneatable, it took a while to work out what they were. £7.95 is expensive for such poor quality.
I like the rooms. the hotel reception lounge and bar, parking and the location and the price.
The breakfast was passable.
Central location. Good communal area and bar. Decent restaurant.
Free wife was next to useless. Worrying stains on walls and carpet in the room.
staff friendly, everything to hand.i have booked again for the 18th
would have preferred ground floor, closer because I have problems walking
very pleasant greeting from the young lady at reception and very helpful. Room was spotless, we did back up to the main road but cant say the noise was a problem as others have mentioned. Relaxing drinks at the bar was nice before we went out. Didn't have any food in the evening as we were dining out but if the breakfast is anything to go by you wont have any complaints. By far the best budget hotel we have stayed in, a credit to all the staff.
slight smell from the wash basin. has been mentioned before else probably wouldn't have noticed
