Easy access . Amazingly helpful staff. Very nice bed and good shower. The hotel broad band ridiculously expensive and the corners of the room/carpet had not been cleaned nor the chair seats.

Comfortable beds Very peaceful and quiet smell of cigarettes in the corridor of the non smoking rooms. no hygiene bags in the toilets no vegetarian option in the hot breakfast selection staff attitude to that was - tough really! internet usage should be included in price cost of breakfast is extortionate for cereal! I submitted my complaint about all of the above before I left the hotel and I have had no acknowledgement or response - very poor!

Easy to find location, excellent staff on Reception who were friendly and professional, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know to have an enjoyable stay. Pleasant room with a large comfortable bed. The Reception area was well appointed and accessible. Breakfast, although an extra cost was very good value and delicious. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend IBIS hotel at Wellingborough. The toilet in the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned

We found the hotel easy to find,very warm welcome by the desk staff.hotel very clean no bad smells and room very clean and modern.Bathroom clean and bed new and very comfortable.On checkout staff very friendly and helpfull. A very enjoyable stay. Dogs allowed in the hotel rooms.

Travelled alone , the reception staff were very friendly when I arrived although busy they immediately made me a bar snack. Lovely breakfast with plenty to choose from and a nice friendly waitress . As i travelled by train It was a distance from town with no bus route,

The staff were excellent and very helpful & friendly. The service of food was excellent and the selection and actual food okay for a snack and for my purpose.The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was sooooo comfortable! Great location too!
